    Our room was reserved by a friend. He used his credit card and when we arrived, I gave the clerk my credit card. She ran it because I saw the $100 hold on my account. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt. One week later, our friend said his credit card was charged. I called the hotel and a rude man said I need to send an email to the manager to get it resolved. I Included a picture of the front and back of my credit card. I checked my account and I saw the charge pending. I forgot all about it. Then our friend said the charge was still on his card. I checked my account and the the pending payment was removed. I send a subsequent email and then I called. The rude man said that he can't do anything about the charges and that I need to get a hold of my friend and settle up with him. So I sent a PayPal payment for the hotel amount. He received it. Then today I got a call from the rude manager who said that I was banned from staying at the hotel and said we are scamming him. He also laughed and cursed at me. Then he said he tried to run my credit card!! I told him that he is unprofessional and I hung up on him. I immediately canceled my credit card. I will be contacting the owner of the hotel.
