    Hotel failed to inform guests that their laundry room was not available to guests due to renovations. They recommended to look for the nearest public laundry mat despite the fact that its an average of *****f degrees outside, potential to have clothes stolen due to homeless population in the local area and most importantly despite laundry availability being part of the amenities when paying hilton price. I had to ask the front desk if they could coordinate with another sister hilton location to allow their guests to use other local hilton laundry rooms. They coordinated with one 10 minutes away but when i arrived, their facility was also under renovations. The front desk was extremely rude at the hilton garden inn and asked why didnt i just decide to use a local laundry mat. ***** services isnt anchorage hilton employees strength. Im a diamond member for a reason but this is not only an inconvenience but its also unlike my previous experience with other hilton branches. Also had asked the front desk for new towels since they failed to notify me that they only offer room cleaning service if i stay with them longer then a week. The towels never showed up. I had to ask multiple times before someone finally showed up with new towels.
