      ******* the manager is very rude and she was having *** behind the counter while customers were around and is super disrespectful to her staff. It's unsanitary and smells like mold and urine. She has boxes all in the walkways and never cleans the store is verbally abusive to everyone.

      We have asked our field team to immediately review your experience and investigate the behavior of the store manager. Please know that we do not tolerate any behavior like this, and appropriate action will be taken.


      Regarding the concerns you've raised about the cleanliness, unsanitary conditions, and verbal abuse, we will ensure that these are thoroughly investigated. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff, and we are committed to addressing these issues.
