  I bought a 2022 GMC canyon from the business and attempted to use my GM Credit card rewards points. Due to some issues the dealership at the initial time of purchase was unable to use them. Working with GM Card and the dealer they were able to redeem approx. $850 towards the purchase. Original purchase date was 04-28-2022 and the dealership was PAID by GM Card on May 6, 2022 (electronically wired and I have that tracking information, but this isn't in dispute). I still don't have that money credited towards my load or paid to me. A copy of a check they sent to GM Financial was sent to the wrong address - which I find suspect, since a GM Dealer that's been in business a long time should know the correct address. But alas, today, there is still no credit to my auto loan or a check to me.

  I have purchased my first vehicle on a loan with CU1 and ******************************* with Alaska used Auto I have tried to track the owner down within the first week after he help with the first repair of the CV Axel breaking and I couldnt reach him anywhere he had switched his business Name I had a broke down truck thats a lemon also with an extra extra warranty that the vehicle wasn't covered because the vehicle had an aftermarket lift kit on it that the bank was aware of and I was responsible for paying for the warranty that didn't cover the vehicle anyway on my way home from Alaska Used Auto in ******** Alaska in ********* Alaska where my residence was the tire flu off and the CV Axel snapped i called ******************************* from Alaska used auto and he said have it towed to Berneys auto repair in wasilla and he can repair it for you so thats what we did he repaired it at a cost and parts 10 days later the truck broke down on me again and my family the cv axel broke again and was unsafe to drive brought it to Alaska sales and service and they said it was unsafe to drive and needed to be repaired the warranty didn't cover so it was an out of pocket of over $600 of repairs I got the truck back called CU1 and had to pay my monthly payment on a vehicle I am unable to drive Two months later same thing happened broke down again the CV axel snapped again had to pay for a Tow and towed to the repair shop and reached out letting the bank know that the truck is broke down again and reached out to ****** and told them the CV Axel broke and I'm unable to get my children around I had to pay for the repairs again it cost almost $1700 And I have to keep full coverage insurance on the truck as well about a month 1/2 goes by and the truck C did the same thing after paying my truck reaching out to the bank letting them know what been going on still having to pay my payments and so on and so forth it happened every 2 months the same thing $95 each tow $1700 each cv

  This isnt the correct business but family with the company that I have the complainant against they all run together in different business names
