I have previous complaints on this company, all over waiting for a product I ordered 2 months ago, and have yet to receive it, the tracking company is a fraud, I have been sending emails back and forth to wigsis, which they insisted that they sent my order, even showing that my supposed order was I transit, 2/6/25 as the last showing then when I inquire again yesterday 2/15/25, about why it's taking so long, the company sent me tracking info, showing it was delivered to pelham my address, but I don't live in ******, I haven't gotten anything from them, and if you look on the tracking website, it showed that it was supposed to had been delivered 1/29/25, when just last week it had it still in transit, then basic nfo, saying delivered to my mailbox in ******, that is not my address. I have attached pics of conversation and tracking info. It is fraudulent, I paid for my item in good faith, and the seller hasn't sent my item, it's all fraudulent. I have been waiting since last year for my purchase, the seller always sending emails of untruths. I want my money back. This site has defrauded me.Business Response

I bought a wig from Wigsis and it is not what was described on their web page. I emailed them and they said they sent me a refund for $40.00 but I did not receive it. I have a thread of 35+ emails with this company. Unfortunately I read about issues with them after I purchased it. I ordered a lace front wig. The wig ha no lace on it and it is the wrong colour. Order #TA240411C2297I placed order on 4/11/24 and received item on 4/29/24. On 4/30/24, I sent an email to ********************** to explain that I was not satisfied with the color of the wig but also the fact there was no paperwork in the box at all (i.e how to return item if dissatisfied with order). I requested information about how to return wig and get a refund. There have been several exchanges of emails between customer service and myself. I have sent the requested pictures and the only responses I have received are suggestions of offers to resolve this issue...NONE of them are satisfactory to me. All I want is to return the wig and receive refund of $139, which is what I paid for it. The website states: REFUNDS We are glad to tell you that If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from ***************** Please allow ********** days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. I am rejecting this response because:I do not think their offer is fair. I want a full refund of $139 and I agree to return the wig to ***** at a cost to me of $61. Then I expect to see a credit on my credit card account that was used to pay for the wig. I do not expect them to deduct any shipping charges from my refund because they advertised Free Shipping to mail my wig to me. At least, I should recoup around $80 which is a lot better than anything they have offered so far,
I believe the way they do business borders on fraudulent business practices and I believe it is wrong.

I ordered a wig on February 12th. The wig arrived on March 12th. I ordered the wig for my father who has cancer and is going through chemo. Upon open the box, I quickly realized it was a womens wig. I emailed the company on March 12th and informed them it was the wrong wig. I sent pictures to confirm. The *** number was one letter different than the one I wanted. They asked if I wanted to exchange or refund. I asked for an exchange. They then said I needed to pay another $45 in order to get the correct wig! Why do I need to pay more when they messed up the order. I told them Im not paying so they then told me to pay only $15. I again said no. I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund $15. Im not understanding why they are asking for more money. The wig was ordered for my father to wear to an event. Since the wrong wig was ordered, I had to pay for another wig from a different company for my father to use. This company is a scam. They sent the wrong wig and are demanding more money to get my correct wig! Hello BBB, I am writing to you in reguards to a wig purchase that I made." WigSis" ORDER# TA231021C0153 sku tsmh004 colour: same as picture. SKU BK46010A The wig finally came to my house Monday Nov. 6th 2023, I right away opened it as soon as I took the wig out of the box, it was obvious it was NOTHING like what I ordered. The wig is a joke, the bangs are cut way up the forehead and the wig is not even the color pictured, a light reddish. This wig looks NOTHING like the picture that they stated it would look like. So I right away put it back in the box it came in and e-mailed WigSis for a good address to sent it back to. That was all in a matter of what 15 min. Later received an e-mail back from a ***** from WigSis. She wont send me via e-mail the address to send the wig back to. She states I need to send pictures of the wig. No I am unable to do that. I have a flip phone which does not connect to my lap top. That is bologne anyway. I want my full refund!!! I have Aleopeaca Areata so I wear wigs because 17 years ago my hair fell out. The wig that they sent me, I wouldn't even consider wearing to a costume party. UGLY, they should be ashamed of themselves to have sent this wig to anyone in the first place. My computer battery failed during this period, and it's taken almost a month for BEST BUY to get the right battery put back into my lap top and back to me. On 10-12-2023 I ordered a wig from wigSis.com for $103.00. The wig was supposed to be brown. When it arrived on 10-31-23 I found the wig to be bright red and I wanted to return it. I never was able to find the return policy on the computer. I took me around in circles and never gave me the information. I found an e-mail: ********************** on one of the e-mails they had sent and when I told them that I would like to return the wig, they told me that the address on the box was not a return address and they asked me to sent a photo of the box and wig, which I did. They kept sending me e-mails, offering me 15% of the price I paid and discouraged me from shipping the wig back to them. They said that it would take a long time to send it to ***** and that a lot of mail gets lost and they wouldn't be able to refund anything at all. They kept urging me to take the 15% and keep the wig. They never gave me a return address. The last e-mail I received offered 25. (I don't know if that is dollars or percent). I told them that I would like a complete refund or I would turn them in to the BBB/If I am not able to get the money back, I would like it if you could do something to warn others not to order anything from wigSiS.com.I really appreciate your help in this matter.
