    I had scheduled an appointment with the lady who answered the phone For september 19, 2024. Before hanging up with her, she assured me that someone would contact me on their way their way to my house. She said it would be after lunch in the afternoon.All day went by and no one ever called. at 5 PM I called 1 phone number for the company and got a voicemail left a message with that person. With the name and phone number. call another number that was listed for that same business and left a voicemail on that as Well. I waited 3 and a 1/2 hours and no one bothered to return my phone call. my wife took a 1/2 a day off of work to be here when they came because she was gonna be paying for the roof repair. no one from the business bothered to call. Or ever return my phone call after leaving voicemail on 2 different numbers with Bullard roofing.For a business that has been around as long as they have And portrays professionalism as they do. This is unacceptable behavior. If they weren't going to be able to make it on the date that I scheduled. Someone should have called me and talked to me about it and ask if they could have came the following day on Friday. it would not have been a big deal if they had communicated with me and let me know Why they were not going to be able to make it.

    When Mr. ********* originally called us he wanted us to return to his home and redo a tarp that had blown off that we installed 18 months ago. He stated that since we installed the tarp and it had blown off , that we should be responsible for replacing it.
    We explained to Mr. ********* that any tarp that lasted ************************************************ our opinion and that a tarp was only a temporary fix. 
    We have previous estimates that we had given him to replace his roof ( because his roof is in terrible condition) and told him that we would hold true to those estimates but it isnt our responsibility to keep tarping his roof. He was ugly to our secretary when telling her that he wasnt going to pay for it and was very ugly from the first initial call. 
    Mr. ********* is Blaming our company for his negligence and speaking ugly to our employees and thats something that we do not take lightly. Our company takes pride in our employees as well as our customers but also after many years in the business have learned that some customers are just better off doing business with someone else, which is exactly what we told Mr. ****************
