      6-29-23 we had to do a funeral service for my father in-law in ******** we are from out of town when my in-laws AC unit quit working 91 in the the house ****** was at the house in less than an hour and had everything up and cooling in no time thank you ****** and the rest of the **** crew for what you have done for ********

      A new thermostat was installed and not programmed to operate manually. It was setup on a scheduled program. That service was done November 23rd. I knew they were closed for the holiday weekend. The heating unit ran at random times. I would try to set at 65degrees when I went to bed and would still come on. I called Honeywell and the nichest man walked me through how to deactivate the schedule program and reset to a manual program. I called Monday morning November 28th to report this. I thought I should have been reimbursed some of my money back. Total bill was $******. Dunns said no. I will never never use this company again. Also when technician arrived he immediately said he had to use my bathroom. I have had plenty of workers at my house...not one worker has asked to use my bathroom. They leave and come back. I feel he should have stopped before coming to my house. I know what's right and if anything the service call of $** should have been waived.
