      Order was placed on 9/9/24 for multiple items. Business stated in their website delivery in 4-7 days. After 7 days I began following up to find out status of order as it was pending from the day after order was posted. Repeated email response from the company by multiple individuals stated that the order was pending. Nothing more. I asked repeatedly for an actual person to contact me and a clear understanding of whether they had to actual product ordered and the responses kept coming back that the order was pending. All attempts to speak to someone have been denied.

      I ordered a shirt on 06/23. I got an email saying I could pick it up on July 4. I picked it up a few weeks later as I was out of town. When I got the shirt home it was a size larger than I ordered and so returned it with the shipping label. I filled out a return for with reason being it was the wrong size. They said I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. No refund showed up so I called and they said give a few more days. That was a week ago. I have pictures of my shipping label and the return form I signed because they could not do the refund at the time. The cost was 14.35 plus tax. I know it is a small amount, but this is a shady business. They have a sign that says no cash and no receipts given.

      The manager of the store called about a week after I made the complaint with BBB.  She finally gave me a refund.
