      Save your money!
      Rachel Rivers - Did nothing after using for 32 days, every day.
      It said guaranteed - but "To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging."
      How can you tell if something works, if you can't use it?
      I would agree, it is definately a scam.

      Rachel Rivers is a scam for sure. Rachel River has been stealing money from people. I was charged for a facelift wand that didn't even work. There were parts and other products missing from the order. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering the products. You would think that if the ad is showing on TV with a QR code, it must be legitimate; but it is not. They only provide a help email but nobody responds or answers the phone. There is a recorder saying to email them. It is useless. There is no customer service whatsoever. This should be prosecuted as a criminal case considering a lot of people have been victims of their fraud.
      Shame on them!

      Rachel River commercial is a scam! I received a bogus plastic toy!!!!! I asked if I could return it per email address and 1st they gave me :*** ***** ******* in ******, not a good address.
      Then the gave me: *** ******* ******* #*** ******.
      Then they gave me address in China!!!!
      The commercial looked real. There is NO plastic surgeon named Rachel River. Beware!!!

      Please do NOT waste your hard earned money. It is totally useless, it doesn't work. I really don't do reviews. However; I had to do my honest, civic duty. Do not buy this.

      This company is a scam. They send me two anti aging devices and neither worked.
      They look like toys. When I asked for my money back they never responded.

      I think it’s DESPICABLE that #RachelRiver is using #******** to target SENIORS & #****** to target seniors and young people. My mother ALMOST FELL for this SCAM. And people on ****** are either being paid to promote this bogus product for this BOGUS company or they’re trying to MAKE money by selling other people on it’s “effectiveness” & receive a kickback/affiliate marketer fee for it. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. (& we need to find out who Rachel River REALLY is, or alert the REAL Rachel Rivers out there bc this coni’s profiting off the use (& destruction) of their name).

      Rachel River anti-aging rejuvenation device is a complete fraud, they send me a device that doesn’t work at all and there’s no way to get refunded because nobody answers at the customer service support
      I left a message to the customer support group because nobody answers just the recording machine m, the response from Paul D was press the on button for three minutes which I did but the wand doesn’t work at all

      Rachel River Facial Wand is a complete FRAUD. I paid $89.89 for the anti-aging device plus the 24K serum plus a 5 year warranty. I only received a very cheap wand and not the serum. But that’s not the only problem; I could have bought it at **** for $15. The reviews on their webpage and on ******* are scam. I tried calling them but they didn’t answer the phone, supposedly because they are invaded with calls. Don’t buy from this company.
