The transaction took place on **** *, 2023. These people came out and did an inspection. Afterwards, I received an estimate. A few days later, a Rep returned with the paperwork to be signed. About a week later, I called them. She picked up the check and took all of the paperwork. She instructed me took pay the deductible and said that the process of repairing the roof would take place once they call and schedule a date. They never came. Later, the Rep claimed that she no longer worked for the company. She gave me another contact, but was never able to hear from them. I made several attempts with no avail. I paid a deductible of $1000 plus a $10 processing fee. Please see attachments.Initial Complaint

Alliance Specialty Contractors came to my door back in October 2023. They offered to inspect my roof for any potential damage. Told me my whole roof would need to be replaced due to hail damage. We submitted a claim through my insurance. They collected my insurance check of over $9500 and I haven't heard from them since. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. I pulled them up on google today and both of the offices in my area say they are permanently closed. They stole my insurance money. Now I have to hire a lawyer to attempt to get my insurance money back. My insurance says the roof must now be replaced because a claim was submitted. I can't just cancel the claim and wait for the next hail storm because they will no longer cover it until I receive a new roof.Initial Complaint

I hired this company on ** **** 2023 to replace my roof because of wind damage. They said that they would need 60% of the insurance check to order the materials and that they would complete the work in 4-6 weeks. I gave them a check for $7785 dollars. When I had not heard from them for a few months I contacted them and they finally answered me in late October and said that they were behind and would get the work done soon. On November * I got an email from them saying that they had changed communication directors and that they were sorry for the delay and would going to give me a $250 discount off the project. I answered the email and got no response. When I sent another email to them I got a delivery failure notice that said that there was no destination email address and I got the same from all associated email addresses that I had from them. They also do not answer any phone calls or had anyone at the office when I went by at any time since I hired them.Initial Complaint

Our complaint is with Alliance specialty contractors. They performed an inspection and determined we needed a new roof. We filed an insurance claim and gave them the payment after signing a contract. From that point we have been unable to reach anyone with the company nor has any work been done. This process began October.Initial Complaint

On ****/2023, a contract was signed for work to be performed at my residence in 4-6 weeks. A check was submitted to Alliance Specialty Contractor for work in the amount of $9, 881.62. At this time, no work has been performed or no attempt to contact myself to schedule work has been made. No phone calls have been answered by any staff. A refund demand letter was sent on **** by certified mail and received by an individual.Initial Complaint

In July 2023 this company processed an insurance claim on my behalf that was to replace my roof due to Hail damage. My insurance company issued the first check and held the remaining until proof of project completion. The contractor explained that the first check is to go to them in full for the purchase of supplies and materials and as a down payment on the contract for the job. After 6 months the work has not been started. I was in communication with the contractor at least twice a month asking for updates. They indicated they are behind and will have my job completed in November 2023. They also offered me -$250 discount for the inconvenience of the delay. Now in early December 2023, I found the front door of their business location having a sign saying "office is closed Indefinitely". I talked with two examples of the company and they had been laid off or resigned according to them. I later found the owner of this company had been extradited to ******* **** ******* *** ***** ******** If the work on my home can be completed as contracted I will be satisfied but it seems the company is now out of business. I would like a full refund of the deposit if work is not started and completed.Initial Complaint

A contract was signed with Alliance Specialty Contractors (ASC) to replace my roof on ***/23 ********'s insurance agreed and sent me 8141.23 to start the work. I paid ASC this money plus my 1000.00 deductible. I was given every excuse as to why the work wasn't being started. Bad weather, backlog, shortage of shingles, etc The people who were interacting with me kept leaving the company. I went by their office on ****/23 to get some answers. A new project manager was very re-assuring the they were under new management and were making good on the backlog. I have gone back since and it appears that they have closed up shop with no refund to me.Initial Complaint

they was to put a roof on my house they stated it was order and not done it was ** *** 2023 it was and ****** ** ******* *** ******** *** each keeps stating it wiil be done next month. they have 6.820.15 dollars which the insurance paid it they told me to get my money back can't reach anyoneInitial Complaint

My complaint is that Alliance Roofing company on September ** 2023 came into my neighborhood giving out free estimates on roofing. I decided to chose this company and gave them my (*******) insurance check and no work was done.Scott L***** informed me on Sept **,2023 that it will take them a 120 days before they come fix my roof. He’s no longer with the company. I stop bye the office and meet Scott M******** on November **2023 and he said he has taken over of the scheduling and that he was sorry of how things have gotten and the owner(Jody ****** ****) have stolen all the money and left town. But he insisted that he hopes to have all jobs done by the end of December but that was just a lie to there customers, They are no longer in business and I tried several attempts to call them and I went to their office and no one was there. Adrian D**** was my sales person who received my front end check on Sept ** 2023. Still No work was done and no communication.
