    I went to the business on the 13th to get a key made for my car, but I guess it was too did for the guy to get my broken piece out,so he suggested to make a key that wasnt attached but needed to be held close to it. Had I known this was gonna trigger my theft lock I wouldve done something else. Or cause me to have to get another batter. So today 1/19 I went in to see if he could correct it, because it wasnt working properly, the other cashier kept getting smart with me and once I told him about it, he claimed I was cutting him off, he kept huffing and puffing so I asked could someone else help me cause he was acting as if k was getting on his nerves. So the heavy set one came I guess he was the mgr. Instead of him being apologetic he said here u go have a nice day, I said Im nt goin anywhere you gonna fix what yall messed up, long story short, in ended up calling the police, but the heavy set guy tried to reverse it about a trespassing, which I dont care about because Im never going back and its clear they been taking reckless. But thats not how u handle things when its the customers. Keeping your business running

    I am very sorry that ******************** had a bad experience at our store.  My understanding is the first time she came in, we were out of stock of the transponder key and the remote/flip key needed for her vehicle. She wanted to know was there anything we could do for her since her key was broken. These GM Flip keys are prone to break off at the remote head and this is what had happened to her. The only solution is to make a new remote/flip key or a transponder key, which we did not have either in stock. . We made a mechanical key only (it does not have transponder in it so it will not start the vehicle) and we told her how to start the vehicle using this mechanical key with her remote, until she could get a new key made.  When ******************** returned the second time, she was still using the temporary solution and was upset and not wanting to continue using this method to start her *********** tried to explain (she kept interrupting) to her that we could make her a transponder key for $60 or a new remote/flip key for $90. She was upset at having to spend more money, so *** got permission from ******, the manager, to apply the credit for the mechanical key toward the price of a transponder key. She agreed to get the $60 key made less $37 for the mechanical key. When *** left the front to go and make the key, she decided she did not want him to make the key because of his attitude. Two other employees had heard the back and forth between ******************** and ***. At this point, **** took the keys from *** and returned them to ********************. ******************** then called **************************. A copy of the police report can be obtained upon request. The police officer gave ******************** the refund for the mechanical key.  If she does decide to give us a second chance, we will give her a 10% discount off the $60 key (transponder only, no remote) or 10% off the $90 remote/key combo. My advise is for her to call the store ************ to make sure we have stock as this  remote/key sells out fast. She must remember that she must drive the vehicle to the store as the key will have to be programmed to her car.
