            A vehicle was taken to this shop November 1st, 2023 for a warranty repair. The car was at this shop for 3 1/2 months. **** (owner) continued to say every time I went to to check on the vehicle that it was almost fixed. Around the beginning of February 2024 **** stated that the only thing left was the vehicle needed to be programmed which he stated was taken to a Dealership to get that done. When asked if it was done he said it was but needed a few days to put everything together. At this point the warranty had already paid him the money for the repair. On February 12th, 2024 I called **** and he stated that the vehicle would be ready to go on Wednesday February 14th, 2024. When I went to the shop, **** stated to me that it wasn't ready to come back the following day. I refused and demanded my vehicle. I waited at the shop for 4 hours until finally they pushed my vehicle out of the shop. It was not drivable, it would not shift into gears. Clearly showing it was not worked on as was stated. I also brought a mechanic to check it to confirm if it was worked on and he was able to confirm it was not worked on. Amison Transmission Shop clearly stole the money and did no work on the vehicle. I had to to tow vehicle to another shop after being there for almost 4 months. I brought the vehicle to their shop in driving condition and they gave it to me in a non-driving condition.

            THIEVES! FRAUD! We paid them over $***** for a new transmission almost a year ago. It took them 3 months and when it was "fixed" it was still slipping out of gear just like before the repair. They have said it was fixed twice and before we get a mile away and go over 40 MPH, it slips again into neutral. They have had the car for almost a year. They will not take our calls or if they do, the manager is "not available". Clearly they are committing fraud by waiting out their "one year service guarantee" and not fixing the car that we already paid them to repair that they never did. I'm sure this review will make me leave one star, which is entirely too generous for scam artists.
