Dec. 7, 2022 my sister, and I met with the owner of the Carver Memorial Gardens to discuss headstones for the ****** of family members who are buried in the cemetery. After making selections we met with the owner's son to discuss the type of engraving for each stone. The stones for our mother and sister were to have Praying Hands and the stone for our father was to be engraved with a Masonic Symbol. A check was written for the 3 stones and we were informed that a cashier's check was required. The next day, Dec. 8, 2022 my sister and I returned with a cashier check for $1,722.00 the full payment for 3 headstones. The owner stated the stones would be completed in 3 months. My sister visited the business in Mar., 2023 and was told that the stones had not been completed. She visited the business at least two times and made calls to follow up on the status of the stones. During a phone contact a comment was made by the owner about the bus on our father's stone and something regarding him being a bus driver. Our father was not a bus driver. My sister and I visited in July of 2023 but no one was in the office. We visited Dec. 7, 2023, and met with ****, son of the owner, who informed that the stones were at the factory in Fairfield, I asked the address of the factory, **** said no one there because he was at the cemetery site with us. We exchanged phone numbers and he stated he would send pictures of the stones. Jan. 11, 2024 I texted and inquired about the pictures of the stones. ***, 22 I received a message asking me to text him. I messaged Jan 22nd., Jan, 24th. **** messaged the stones were done and he would send pictures when the storm was over. "I'll call you back" and "Text me" were other responses. I have messaged 8 times since Dec. '23 I asked when pictures would be sent, and when the stones would be placed on my family members grave sites. I have received one responses. No one answers the telephone. No one answers messages.
