  ******** had a representative contact me and provided the necessary information for the to correct their inaccurate information about what I owed. The phone was paid for by switching carriers and still the representatives continues to call me despite being on the federal do not call list. ******** had unfair business practices and unprofessional staff working in thei corporation .They lied, falsified information, and breached the data of their customers. The staff should have read their operating procedures and policies.

  When I disconnected service with TMobile I made sure my bill was $0 balance. Months later I received a bill from them with a balance of $85 dollars. I contacted them to dispute it but they later sent it to AMSHER collection services who later sent it to Maury ****. I called this company to settle it even though I dont believe I owe any money! When I asked the rep. ***** the address where I can send the check to she stated that if I paid with a check, it would not be removed from my credit report. Ive never heard of this!

  I closed my ******** account in August 2023 (porting out to *******). They contained to charge as if i never closed the account. Several calls to ******** they informed they would "fix the issue". By January 2024 I stopped receiving bills. I was left under the impression they finally corrected their mistake as they stated they would. To my surprise the debt was sold to AMSHER DEBT COLLECTIONS.Next Maury ****** law firm called... I interrupted the debt collector explaining, "I've sought legal counsel; please contact the attorney to discuss the unauthorized debt," politely nonetheless (she is only doing her job). She responded, "Oh you wanna be rude and over-talk me, good day" (in an unnecessarily rude tone), and she hung up on **** clicked on 'contact us' on their website and informed my experience (copy and pasted) and ended with I work for a law firm and have never spoken to a defendant in this manner. Should be ashamed of an employee to represent your firm as so. I also informed them of my experience via LinkedIn.

  It appears this company is unaware that continued attempts to collect a debt without proper validation may constitute a violation of the ***** and other relevant statutes. I received a letter alleging I owe money that I do not owe. I am concerned for others who may receive similar letters, believing they are from an attorney pursuing legal action. It is disconcerting to see a licensed professional making such erroneous claims.

  This attorney company keeps calling me. I answer once to get to stop but they would listen to my request unless I gave them sensitive info about me. Is this a fraudulent company? What can we do to stop this company? Thanks

  I had an unpaid TMOBILE invoice which was sent to collection to AMSHER DEBT COLLECTOR. ****** reported the debt to my credit file and then sold the debt to "Maury Cobb, Attorney At Law, LLC". I contacted Maury Cobb, Attorney At Law, LLC because I wanted to pay the invoice and asked if they were able to remove the collection account from my credit file, they said yes. I paid and the collection account was removed from my credit file two weeks after. Thank you!

  There was a false debt from ******** claiming that I owed $586. When contacted ******** it was $18.46. I cleaned paid ******** and they had reported it wrong when they sent the information. It was the wrong state I hadnt lived in ****** ******* for 18 years.I had to hire a company to clean up and contest it.

  We received an email from Maury Cobb, Attorney At Law, LLC on 1/31/2024 stating we owe Charter Communication $$386.00. It must be paid in payment by 3/16/2024. What a scam with a fake account number! We never receive any service from Charter Communication as it does not provide service in the area we live.

  Continuous calls on a daily basis threatening me over a false debt. If they were a legitimate attorney office they would know there are none in my records and the one they threatened me with never happened or existed. **** does not even describe in full how sickening they treat people. Do not give them any information. You will pay for it later down the road. This place should be investigated and closed down.

  Well, what can I say that has not been said before. I have asked for evidence of their claims and will see if they *********** all feels a bit like a scam just on this side of not getting in trouble with the ******* Bar and losing a license. They work for ******** another scam outfit so not too surprised but amused at their tactics. We'll see but not likely to win law firm of the year in Alabama.
