    After exploring multiple membership database systems for our nonprofit member management needs, my organization chose to go with Daxko. Almost immediately, the issues began. Phantom ******** for services not in use, charges that never had any sort of documentation or invoices, an incompetent implementation team who who not even familiar with basic functionality of their platform, and incredibly unsatisfactory customer service was the norm throughout the onboarding phase. We made the decision to pause our implementation and re-evaluate our business relationship, and we finally were able to have what felt like a meaningful conversation with Daxko's leadership. Our team left that meeting feeling like they had finally listened to our concerns and assured us that they would look into the issues. Unsurprisingly, nothing came from that conversation, which led to us plugging the plug on our implementation completely in September of 2024.Since September, we have had multiple additional drafts against our payment method. We've had to dispute these with our bank on multiple occasions. When brought to the attention of Daxko, we're assured that they will refund the charges that could not be disputed or had already posted. To their credit, these have been refunded, at least through October of 2024.However, in continuing this saga, we received an invoice again in early December 2024 for ongoing services with Daxko. When I reached out to their billing team at the contact email provided, I got an automated response that they had received the email, but there was never any additional follow up--except for the next automated email that says our invoice is overdue.I strongly suggest that anyone looking at Daxko take a long look elsewhere first. They sell their product quite well, but the implementation and support are horrendous. Pen and paper or an excel spreadsheet would be better than using Daxko.
