    We had an emergency with one of several trees in our backyard almost falling into our neighbors house due to strong winds. It was leaning agints another tree and we had only a day before the next storm. So tried calling a few Tree Companies on a Sunday and nobody answered but ETS Restorations. ******* not only called back immediately but came out to our address and gave us a free quote on the spot. Understood our situation and gave a us a great deal on several trees that needed to come down before the storm. He was very knowledgeable and professional and had his crew over the next morning working on the trees before the storm came. They got it done! ******* also worked with us regarding payments and costs. Definitely a great experience, highly recommend! 10/10

    Every guy from the owner ************************* to every single crew member that has been out to my home these last 3 days have been awesome!! Very professional and reasonable with awesome quality service!! We will definitely be doing more business!!! By the way this was a massive tree and they made it look effortless!!!!!

    ETS is a couple pallets of sod short of completion of a large job for us and we couldnt be happier with the entire process . From establishing what we desired, to what we could afford, thru the construction process ! The employees are amazing; respectful and conscientious! No trash left around . Answered any questions we thought which were actually not problems just simply us not understanding how the work needed to progress . They were extremely tolerant of working around the traffic on the street, waiting for school ************** pick up ! We trust ETS , we have the project for which we hoped we contracted !

    On Friday 3/29/24, I approached my neighborhood street to turn in. ETS Restorations ************ was positioned in the middle of the street, blocking both ways, preventing movement from entering or exiting the street. I waited to see if the work would notice and allow me to pass. When he failed to acknowledge me, I blew my horn. I was met with the middle finger gesture and F-ck you! I proceeded to exit the car to exchange words about his comment. I was rudely ordered to go around. I advised that I am taking a picture of the side of his business truck. I was advised that he didnt care about reporting his bad behavior and loudly announced his name, ******. I then proceeded to contact the police due to his hostile and threatening behavior. ****** then stated he did not care about me reporting to the police. I then advised I will also be contacting his company as well, which he stated again his name ******, taunting me to call. Once he moved on I contacted his company and spoke with the owner, *************************. I was advised that they are a ********* based business. I quickly reminded him that definitely does not display that belief. ************** deeply apologized and offered some form of compensation. I advised, no need for compensation or proof of punishment, just to do better at representing the company in the public.

    To ETS Restorations Thank you so very much for helping us with our tree problem!!! Your company did an absolutely great service for us!!! 10+ out of 10!!!!!! A+++++ We called you when we had a major problem with a huge dead tree leaning in the direction of our wood shop-tree was making cracking sounds in the wind with stormy, gusty winds weather prediction. *******, the owner responded immediately with a solution for us talking to us personally- he was super helpful to resolve our problem by coming out immediately on a Saturday prior to the predicted storm even though I was unable to make any payment!!! Amazing!!! We are incredibly grateful how he worked with us on making payment arrangements and quickly provided such an excellent service!!! I didnt think it would be possible yet this company provided such professional, quality service above and beyond all our expectations!!! TJ & the entire team showed up promptly & were super nice, very professional, & very helpful with assisting us with our particular needs re: problem tree & then they went above and beyond in helping out like a ************* regarding our wants!!! Wow!!! Very friendly & professional & helpful!!! They are awesome pros!!! Were so grateful to God that we found out about ETS during such a stressful time because they were so quick to find us solutions and resolve them while reassuring us!!! They provided a wonderful service so promptly & very professionally!!! We very much appreciate how they worked with us to make payment arrangements in the future!!!! We plan to refer everyone to them in need of the services they provide!!! We highly recommend this company and consider them to be the VERY BEST!!!! They eliminated a very stressful problem for us immediately without payment at time of service & even gave us 2 discounts!!!     If you need efficient tree removal or tree trimming services, ETS Restorations is the company to contact. The entire team was courteous and asked questions regarding my viewed outcome and anticipated costs before beginning removal. As a team, they worked quickly and in tandem to remove debris from the property as the tree was cut down. It was a pleasure to conduct business with a company who provided great service at a fair price.
