      I have disputed this debt with a late payment listed with the credit bureaus and it came back verified I have since then tried to contact this credit union and haven't had any luck. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately. I want the late payment removed from the account.

      So I end up having a loan come 2 days early and with it came early it ended up charging me an overdraft fee and i tried to go to the bank and Leeds Alabama to resolve it but they would not help me and anyway now I've been a valued customer to this Bank since 2007 and sometimes the service is bad so most likely I will be going to another bank if this issue does not get resolved soon

      America first charged me for insurance when I had insurance and had sent in proof of insurance via my insurer. I have the documentation of all provided insurance coverage dates and comms to my insurer and America first. They still charged me excessively for nearly 5 months of insurance putting my vehicle past due over 90 days due to the valuation of their insurance and then seized my truck. I had to pay over 1000 dollars to get my vehicle out not including rental fees and the cost of towing the truck from Ogden Utah to Idaho. As well as the cost of impound and hassle with america first to change the inaccuracies. Now I am looking on my credit report and it still shows repoed. Your team incorrectly charged me and unlawfully took the vehicle. I demand restitution for the time I was without a vehicle plus those charges for removing form the impound comped or I will seek legal Counsil.

We note that this consumer lives in the western United States where there are similarly named credit unions in Utah and California. It is likely that the complaint should have been directed to one of the other credit unions as we frequently receive misdirected letters and inquiries by consumers and credit repair agencies that are obviously intended for one of these institutions. We suggest that the consumer direct his efforts to the correct institution.

      so i had bought a few items from eBay that was no good.... so i sent the items back because the items was defective and they still had a warranty under eBay 30 days refund policy ...so i sent the items back before the 30 days but to find out my account was suspended and eBay would not cover me so i did contact my bank because that is what eBay told me to do...so i filed a complaint with my bank at one foe the branches and told me you had 120 days NOT 60 days!!!! to file a complaint....now my bank sends me letter saying it was 60 days.....so i was lied to about the information from my bank

      They have an account listed on my credit report as a Collection/Chargeoff with a balance which is illegal according to 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681x. Additionally any attempts to harm my credit history and rating by updating or changing dates after you have been informed that the debt is expired, is a direct violation of the FDCPA. Any abuse to my credit rating on your part will be met with all recourse available to me by the law. You are illegally attempting to collect an alleged debt and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. Promptly request deletion of any prior credit reporting to credit reporting agencies.I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately?
