            I checked in to a room at the Westin Birmingham on08/14/2021 and checked out of the room at 11:00am on 08/15/2021. En route home, I realized I left personal property (Nintendo Switch and games and AirPod Pros) in my hotel room accidentally so I contacted the front desk to notify them. I was then transferred to Security who advised Housekeeping would locate the items, turn them in and I would be contacted. No call. I called again on 8/16 to check on the status and after repeated calls that went unanswered, I finally reached the Security officer who advised he would go up and speak with the assigned housekeeper and call me back in 5 min. 2 hours later still no callback. I called again, was told no items were found so I drove 2 hrs. back to from Atlanta to the hotel on 8/16 to speak with the Front Desk. Cynthia called Security Officer who took me up to the room and my items were gone. Investigation was opened with no resolution and no ETA. I want to reimbursed the cost of my property.
