Company misrepresented a product. Sold under false pretenses. Now will not appropriately correct it.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/05) */ This customer has contacted us numerous times. We have already sent him a pre-paid label to return the item before a refund can be provided. He refuses to do so. Once we receive the item back, we will issue his full refund. His account has been noted of this and we would like to resolve as quickly as possible. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That's a poor excuse for customer service and unacceptable. I'm not getting shafted. I explained once I received my correct item they'll receive the old one. That's proper business. I'm not letting my item and my money be lost in the wind. They can simply refund the faulty item if they would like but being a deadbeat greedy company they have no customer service skills.
