I received a flyer in the mail describing their new promotion. I played the card that was attached and noticed that I had 2 sets of 3 money bags. On the prize section of the flyer it said that I won $25,000, and that all I needed to do was go to the dealership to pick up the check. I then received a call from someone in the organization that told me there were no strings attached and that all I had to do was show up to claim the prize and that it would take 5 minutes *** to write a check. I drove to the dealership and was taken by *** to a laptop computer where he entered my code from the flyer. It then went to a screen that I have to press a button and it shows three wheels each with a prize. I had *** hit the button to spin, but before that I asked why I have to spin for a prize when the flyer states that I won $25,000. The result of the spin was a prize from the lowest tier. This is full on deceptive and classic bait and switch marketing practices. He pointed to the very fine print that says "bring your flyer and our software will determine your prize". That's not what the rep said on the phone and the flyer clearly says that I won $25000. I have saved it if you would like to see it.

I have been receiving e-mails and phone calls from ******* Honda advertising their buyback and sales program repeatedly over the past years, but for some reason, since the start of 2023, they have been relentless. I lived in ******* for six months in 2015 and at that time purchased a car (from a different dealership). I left ******* in 2015 and sold the car in 2018. I have told ******* this EVERY time they have called me over the years and repeatedly asked to be taken off of their list. But for some reason, they refuse to remove me from their list. I have gotten four phone calls and eight e-mails in the past three weeks from them and every time I have selected "remove me from this list" on the e-mails and specifically spoke to the phone callers about removing me from the list. Every single time, they apologize and assure me it won't happen again, only to call within a week later and send two more e-mails. This is harrassment and illegal to refuse to remove me from their list even if I lived in the area, but the fact that they are calling me clear across the country is pure idiocy and I refuse to deal with it anymore. The last time I called I spoke with the office of the General Manager who again assured me that this would be taken care of, again to no avail. I am out of options and I am hoping that the BBB can step in and convince these people to just leave me alone already

In February of 2022 I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla from Freeway Honda. They told me the car had minor scratches and all new tires. I asked the car salesman about the spare keys after noticing he only handed me one and the cosmetic repair of all 4 of my tire hubs that had rusted. He assured me I would receive the spare key the following Monday since it is their policy to give the clients 2 keys and that if I purchased cardoc the mechanics would fix my tires. I called the following Monday to get an update and I was told the car keys would be ready that Friday. I went to the dealership that Friday to have my tires looked at and pick up my key but to my surprise there was no key and the auto body shop said they did not do cosmetic repairs on hubs. After speaking with the salesman he pretended to call around ( for one hour and I sat and waited) to get information for me but that was the beginning of run around’s and phone calls being ignored. I texted/called the car salesman for 3 months straight asking about the spare key. He finally sent me a number saying I needed to call, make an appointment myself and pay then have the guy come up to the dealership since he was not answering their calls. I called and the locksmith told me no one from freeway honda had ever called him and he would have gladly made my key the following Monday as promised. I have not heard anything from them since May and the manager refuses to speak with me. I also came out of ****** to get my tires fixed and had to have cardoc removed from my bill since they would not fix the tires. The car dealership has not honored the contract I signed and once again to my surprise my tires are not new and my estimate cost of all new tires is ******. I am highly displeased with their behavior. I have been informed I am not the first client this dealership has done this to and I want to make sure no one else continues to be manipulated and taken advantage of the way I and so many others have. Thank you,
