I have been lefted shocked and amazed by my lifestyle change that was propelled and funding by from the compassionate and swift actions of Birmingham HomeBuyers. Well God used ***** as His agent to allow me to impulsively sell my home to acquire my new built literally overnight. Dont take their ads as gimmickits real.I literally handed filled out a request on ********, and he responded within three minutes via phone call at night. ***** came over and walked around my house while I was on the phone with a real estate agent. Five minutes later he came back with an offer that I couldnt refused, and he immediately allowed to sign a contract. Birmingham HomeBuyers even suggested a wonderful moving company to me. I was able to seamlessly move while seamlessly working those 10 and a half hours a day at ***** without loosing sleep.I was at the lawyers office in two weeks to close on the sell and to pick up my check. Since the buyer put my house on the market, I wish that I could trade my new built for my old house. I knew that my house had great potential, but I didnt have the time, money, and know how to bring it out. I am happy that I put my home in ****** hands. Thanks Birmingham HomeBuyers for being the means by which God has chosen to elevate me and my family??

The team at Birmingham Homebuyers LLC are very professional. I have bought and sold several homes, and this by far is the best group of people that I have dealt with. They make the selling process very efficient, which lessens the stress on the seller. Also, they are local owned and operated in the Birmingham area, and have a great deal of real estate experience. They have lied to me and they have not returned phone calls they did a bait and switch and possibly have ruined my career optii s because they lied. They don't answer phone calls and they lied to about the process. They lied about closing dates and even buying my house. They did not buy it. They put on the open market to sell it. They told me we would close on 2 weeks and now they refuse to answer any calls. Beware.Birmingham Homebuyers, LLC
