              I had my roof replaced by this company in May of 2019. Since having the roof replaced I have had ongoing roof leaking on 10/30/2019, 1/11/2020, 2/5/2020, 2/18/2020. 4/18/20, 6/24/2020, 7/19/2021, 10/21/2021, 8/25/22, and now most recently 2/11/24. The most recent leaking even left significant water damage on the inside of the house, and I was told by the company (since I am still under warranty) they would have someone fix the interior.I have attempted to call the company about this multiple times since February, but every time I have to leave a message with their answering service and no one returns my call. My warranty expires June 10th, and I feel like they are ignoring me so they will not have to honor the warranty.

              Using these people for a kitchen remodel that is ongoing. Pretty much they do nothing they say they are going to do. Leave a mess the few times they actually come out. Things that should take half a day take 3 days. No quality control. Zero communication. They do not seem to care at all. And you will have to do all the work when it comes to getting sinks, faucets, backsplash, countertops, etc. They just send you to places they have deals with to get a cut but even the places they use are as incompetent. This will be an ongoing blast of these people until complete and probably many months after. We are already a month behind schedule with no end In site. And the best part, they were supposed to move plumbing and their own electrician was not available and just left pipes cut and water cut off with no way to cut it back on until they show back up. We were out of town and they did not even tell us. Called them and their response oh I thought you were out of town. What? No ***** we did not leave for a month. We left for 5 days.
