    I can see why Eastern ******************* doesn't receive good ratings/reviews. I had the most horrendous experience with this company. ******************* (General Manager) and **** came to my house, gave me a quote to take down 3 trees in my backyard which were in my neighbor's front yard. The neighbor told Eastern Tree they could use his driveway since the trees were at our property lines. Scheduled for Wednesday, July 3, 2023. I took the day off and when I hadn't seen them by 1:30pm, I called the ofc and s/w ***** to let her know they had not shown up. She told me she would call me back which she did and the excuse was they were doing work for City of ********** and thought they might be at my house by 3:00pm. No one showed up at 3pm so I called ***** back to let her know and she said she would have someone out on Friday, July 5, 2024. Arrived on Friday & took down the 3 trees. The contract stated they would use a bucket and rope down the trees which did not happen!! Only roped down 1 tree which was the smallest. They cut limbs off large White *** and just let them fall to the ground. They cut down shrubs which was not necessary. Worked maybe 6 hours (arguing between each other) & stated they would be back on Mon, July 8th to haul off. No show on ************** looked at these ***************************** for over three weeks. Never any communication on their part-I did all of the calling & follow up to hear numerous excuses. Besides tearing up my yard they also did damage to my neighbor's yard and broke concrete on his driveway. I paid them half of the contract *** upon getting trees down which was too much for the shoddy job they did. It's funny that I had to adhere to the contract but they didn't!! This company should not be in business!! I have since gotten another company to clean up Eastern's mess. This was the BIGGEST nightmare ever!! Would love to hear from the owner (supposedly in the ************ during this time). He needs how his company is being run!!
