    I dropped by dog off for a bath, nail trim and dremel and rabies shot 4/26/24 and received a voicemail 22 minutes later letting me know I could pick up my dog. She was still visibly dirty and her nails were not trimmed or dremeled. I brought this up with the young tech who brought me my dog. She told me she used whitening shampoo. I replied that she is usually white and clean when I pick her up. I asked to speak to the Manager. Tech said she wasn't there, and the only person there was a dr who was in surgery. I said I can wait a little bit. *** and behold ******************* came out (I had never met him before). I shared my issue with him. He told me it was a stain on her leg and hind quarter. I disagreed with him. He said my dogs coat had changed. I said she usually is white where the noticable dirt was. I also said the last several times I brought her in she was clean when I picked her up. I did not want to make a scene. I wanted my money back but offered to come back if I could have 50% off next bath/nail trim. He said no. I felt intimated as he was speaking rudely to me, so I gave up trying to get my thoughts across. I went out and got in my car, called the bank to stop payment. Regions **** said fee had not posted, call back in a few days. I tried calling to speak with manager at clinic, ****** (tech) said ******************* has already told me no and the issue is closed. She was rude to me on the phone. I was so surprised, this place is usually better than this. I was then told to come and pick up my dogs paperwork as clinic will no longer provide services for her. I wanted to settle the matter amicably but this was not what the business wanted. It took almost 1 month working with the bank. I sent photos to bank, charges of services and time stamp of voicemail message to pick up my dog at 10:12am (dropped her of at 9:50 am). I finally received my $59.50 back. I hope she really got the rabies shot I paid for. I experienced this business to not be trustworthy. Thank you.
