      I took my 2013 *********** to Tuscaloosa Chevrolet on May 9, 2024 for repair. Prior to taking the vehicle for repair, it showed a P0171 Fault which is Fuel Trim System Lean. I went to pick the car up on May 13, 2024, and was told that the car was fixed and was charged $3,684.57 which I paid in full. After driving the car about 14 miles, the check engine light came back on so I took it back to the dealership the next day, May 14, 2024. Then, they checked the car and informed me that they had left a bolt loose on the intake manifold, so they repaired that issue. I drove it about 50 miles and the car threw the same P0171 fault. I called the dealership service center and was told to bring the car back, yet again. After taking the car back to the dealership on May 15, 2024, I was told they couldn't figure out the problem, so they changed the o2 sensor and told me the car was running correctly, but they weren't sure that, that was going to fix the issue. At that point, I was charged an additional $109.92 for the o2 sensor. When I started the car that day and let it idle for 2 minutes, the P0171 fault popped back up. Being that I had to go to work, the Service Tech told me to bring it back the next day, May 16, 2024 and he stated that he did not know what was wrong with the car. At that point, I was tired of the runaround and I didn't feel comfortable taking the car back to that dealership, because after over $3700 in repairs, the car was worse than it was the first time I took it in. The car is now leaking coolant, which it was NOT doing before taking it to the dealership, and it is also throwing 4 new faults in addition to the P0171: P0131, P015B, P2096 and P0133. I spoke with the manager, ********, requesting a refund and was told that a refund is not an option. ******** said the best she could do is tow my car to the dealership and if the service techs had done anything to cause these new issues, they would repair it and if not, they would tow it back to me.
