    My husband and I bought a storage unit from this company and paid cash. They then came and repossed our storage unit without warning , destroying our yard . I had to call the office and try to find out who took it. The corporate office eventually returned my call and said I would have to wait to set it back. When. The storage unit was returned they wouldn't even wait foe me to arrive before they dropped it off damaged. They broken numerous items inside the shed as well as damaged the outside of the unit *** ruined the integrity of the building by moving it being completely full. I ask for my money back *** the manager refused. I asked for him to pay for the damages and replace unit and he refused. **** needs to make this situation right. I paid **** for this building and I should not be stuck with a damaged building *** broken belongings due to his ignorance and trespassing on my property and stealing my fully paid for unit.

    The details described by ************ are not accurate. We did make a mistake and picked up the wrong shed from their vacant lot, but once we discovered it we immediately brought it back and apologized to the Halls. Since ************ was complaining about damages we also offered to replace the undamaged shed with a brand new one and help them move in. They declined the offer and said they needed $5000.00. I told them I would need to come inspect the damages and if there is that much damage we would definitely do the right thing. They did not agree to let us come look. They then called back and said they need $10,000.00 After several attempts they finally agreed to meet us there if we want to come look. We discovered nothing was damaged but decided we would still give them a generous offer because of our mistake. They declined. As of today our offer remains open.

    I am rejecting this response because: The statement is false.  I had to call and track down my shed.  They took their time returning it and they were suppose to meet me bringing the shed back.  The driver was told we would meet him.  We got there to the property and he had already dumped the damaged shed off and was trying to leave as we pulled up. We had Officer ****** meet us there because we had filed a police report.   The shed had damages that was noted and I sent pictures as well as pictures of damaged property inside.  My yard was damaged as well where the driver dropped the shed and was dragging it off the property , per witnesses. 

      My husband met with Mr **** when he requested to see damages so I don't know why he is saying we refused to meet with him.  I told him originally I wanted a refund he refused.  I believe with all the mental anguish I have had to deal with with this incompetent company that I should be refunded my money.  I don't know where this manager got ****** dollars from but I have been handling this since my husband show him all the damages and I never told him ******.  I told him I would be willing to settle this whole matter for **** for all damages since he was unwilling to refund my money. I want them to take responsibility for making me take time out of my life to deal with their incompetent. I have to pay to replace the broken pictures,  mirror, lap top, vcr, chair etc that was broken in the move.  I have to get someone to smooth out the ruts in the yard that was put there due to driver dragging my shed off property and I have a damaged shed with cracks in the wood and damaged to door and damage underneath shed where it was dropped and I'm suppose to just deal with it?  I feel this matter needs to be taken seriously and not just shrugged off as if it is my fault!

    We offered to replace ******** with a new one. She declined and wanted $5,000.00. We said we would like to come do a survey of the damages and compensate them for anything that was damaged by us. They said no we are were not allowed on the property without them there. After about 8 days they called back and demanded $10,000.00 and gave us a list of everything that was damaged. We told them again we would need to send someone out to survey the damages or see if there are any, since the driver stated the only damage when he dropped the shed back off was the small ship by the front door. They said they would try to arrange something. After about two weeks of the initial contact the husband finally arranged to meet us there. After meeting and carefully going over everything it was clear that everything they had on their list was not damaged with the exception of a small picture frame. The husband even admitted to two eye witnesses, that his wife (Mrs ******** is only trying to get money because she felt like she could. Our final offer was $1,750.00 and they declined that. Although we know we made a mistake we do not feel like there was anything in the shed worth $2,500.00 that they are asking. Our generous offer of $1,750.00 for picking up their shed by mistake and a broken picture frame (That *** or *** not have been us) remains if they want to accept it.

    We are rejecting this response because: The statement from the company is false.   My husband did not say what this gentlemen is reporting.  To try and take advantage of a disabled man and tell such wild stories about what he has said or that he intimated you and your employee is sad and definitely not what I would expect from a reputable company.  Also we have complied to all requests of viewing damages to property and shed.  We want a refund of the shed and they can come and get it as I had originally asked for.  I do not want to do business with such a company that would out right lie to cover their employees s**** ups.  We are also  willing to agree to settle for **** of which would cover damages to the shed, property inside and the work to fix ruts in yard as well as the stress and time off of work dealing with this company. 

     We will have no choice but to file a lawsuit in court if there is not some sort of an agreement made.

    My lawyer said that if they replaced the shed with a new one,  and pay **** for damages to yard and broken property inside and the time and stress of dealing with this entire mess then we can settle.

     We reviewed the latest message, and do not agree. We have done our best to work with ******* over the incident, and have been in contact with her since December. The original offer to her was to replace her building with a new one, but she declined and instead requested $5,000. We have changed our proposal multiple times to meet her expectations, but each offer was also declined. We have already sent out someone to repair her yard, so the absolute best we can do is pay her the $1,750 we previously offered to cover the minor damages to the building
