      I went to this auto shop to get truck repaired l. As far as I can tell they did fix the problems I went in with. However, even though my electric windows worked when I went in, they did not when I left.They new the fuse box was the problem. They said they could not fix because they could not find a new part. They said that part is s no longer being made. They do not put in used parts.I do not care. Any business should be responsible for fixing a problem they broke. I Was told find a shade tree mechanic and get it fixed.That does not fix it. That removes them from the picture. They just do not want to fix it.

      Took my vehicle to this business on 11/22 for an oil change drove my car for 18 days was going to work this night pulled out of my driveway felt the car jerk proceeded to drive started smoking under **** pulled the car over put it in park shut it off got out called my husband when he got there he said there was no oil plug in it so the car stayed Park till they towed it the next morning now they're trying to say they're not responsible for the plug coming out said there's no way I drove it for 18 days and the plug just came out but that's exactly what happened and now they don't want to rectify the problem trying to say I sabotage the car myself or somebody else did

      On October 6, 2021, I took my car to Precision Tune Auto Care because the car was shaking really bad. So bad it was difficult to hold on to the steering wheel, and the check engine light was on. This is clearly stated on the invoice number XXXXXX "customer states engine is vibrating vehicle and check engine light is on". The car was returned to me that evening and I was charged $512.80. Within a couple of weeks from the repairs, my car had the same problem. I took the car back to Precision Tune Auto Care and different people were working there that had not been there when I first took the car in. I had to again leave my car and it was returned that evening with no additional paperwork and there was no mention of additional charges. Again, my car started doing the same thing within a week or so. I called back to Precision and was this time told to take my car to Hyandai and something about my car having a small engine that I didn't quite understand. I then took my car to the Hyandai dealership in Decatur, AL, who scheduled a date to repair the car. The date was a week away and with the car shaking so badly, I was unable to drive it and had to rely on others for rides to and from work. When I picked the car up from Hyundai after they had repaired it, the clerk asked me if I wanted the spark plugs they pulled out of the car, because she said those plugs were wrong for my car and should not have been put in and encouraged me to take them back to Precision. I also found someone to call and speak to Precision for me who knew about cars. He was told the man who waited on me was fired and that I never mentioned that the car was shaking. It is clearly on the original invoice. I was charged for a repair that I didn't receive and that may have caused continued problems by being the wrong type of spark plug.

      Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2021/12/08) */ I just received the letter on this case today 12/7/2021. Mrs. ******* ***** came into our location originally on the 6th of October as she stated with concerns for the vehicle shaking. Upon diagnosis of the vehicle she had a #4 misfire. We replaced the spark plug with an Iridium spark plug with which the vehicle manufacture calls for. The check engine light went off and there where no other problems from the vehicle when customer left. She returned on the 25th of October with the same problem and concern. The technician re-checked the vehicle and spark plugs and noticed a # 4 misfire again. Removed spark plug and found to be firing properly. Cleared check engine light and allowed vehicle to run with no problems or check engine light for over an hour. He did advise customer that if this issue continued she would need to take the vehicle to Hyundai for several recall issues on these makes that could be causing her this issue. She has an open recall on the vehicle now that would cause all the same issues she has been having. The recall was put out on the 18th of November. I have attached the NHTSA recall bulletin along with the Carfax report. She did receive paperwork from us the 2nd time she came in with all of this information documented on her ticket on 10/25 as you can see noted on the Carfax history report. We are truly sorry that she is having issues with her vehicle but at this time with the recalls we can no longer help with the issues as it is Hyundai's responsibility.
