    June 2023, new shower installed with a 3 footish wall built. Job was not completed in that sheet rock was not finished. Was told I would only have to paint the wall then was told by installers I could ****************** out myself. Then the first of November 2023 called that one side of the shower was pulling away from the caulking and the shower is unusable due e to water getting into the wall. Was called back and told they would call me back with a service date. If you are thinking of using this company dont. They use high pressure sales with poor service.

    Attached is the original contract and the change order I became aware of today. The change order document sign email was included with financing document sign email. There were several document sign emails due to horrible wi-fi here. 

    The only change that was discussed on the phone was the price change to $9,400 but the change order included smaller dimensions and that the sheet rock would be unfinished. The smaller dimensions proves that I was lied to when told I couldn't cancel the contract because the size of the shower was unstandered and had already been ordered. 

    They lied, they hid changes and sub-par workmanship. This is unacceptable.

    We received your email regarding the customer complaint that was posted back in June 2023 by *************************.  This complaint was assigned ID ********.

    We immediately reached back out to the customer to address her concerns.  We have been communicating with her this week, and are scheduled to be at her house this Saturday to finalize repairs and address her concerns.  

    After her needs are met we will be in touch and update our response on the BBB website to ensure we are meeting the 7 days deadline.

    Purchased two new shower units in April ************************** May 2022. The sales claimed the jobs would be complete and unfortunately, dry wall and wood trim were damaged, but not fixed! There also claims to be a lifetime service support available and we have call numerous times only to be told someone will call back, but no return calls are made. Were is the customer support? The cost of fixing dry wall, repainting and wood work repair? That is not right to the consumer having to absorb.
