I placed an order on July 4th with Eternal Light Co for 3 - 2X tees. I did not recieve my purchase until August 6. Upon opening the box, ALL 3 shirts were the wrong size! Since then, I have called the company 14 times and have filled out their online contact form twice with no response. I want the correct shirts or a FULL refund! My order # xxxx.Business response

I order 2ea T-shirts and 3ea Eternal Light Butterflies from this company on May 1, 2021. I got a conformation for order number EL-XXXXXX. I waited and waited then waited some more then I get this tracking number saying it shipped on July 1, 2021. But it did not. My order was placed in shipping cart along with 25 or more orders there shipping carrier did not go threw entire cart and check them in. So there fore 1st item checked in was wrong and my item never was shipped. It took me 5 memos and 6 support e-mails unanswered to get there attendant. They do not believe in telephones or don't give number out. The number they give is a support mail box always saying full goodbye. They have nice shirts but bad bad service from start to finish. All I want is my $152.00 they charged my credit card and I never received. They shouldn't charge for items until there going to be shipped. For a Christian Company someone does need a lot more business knowledge then this one. Very unhappy.Business response

I did how ever finally get thru on there support line and spoke to a Brittney she check what I was saying and Called some one then said she couldn't reship shirts but could the rest. I ask her to go ahead and credit my charge card which she did of $151.20 after 5 months of waiting. My problem is now resolved because of this over worked young lady. So thankful she answer phone. 6 months ago I ordered a shirt deal from them. 5 months ago I wanted to cancel it. I've emailed every month trying to cancel the membership and have yet to get a response but they continue to send me product and charge me for it. I even tried writing "return to sender and cancel membership" on a package and mailed it back to them. They just sent me more product.Business response

About 4-6 months ago I signed up for a free trial of their monthly subscription box. My intent was to sample the free trial and cancel because I did not want to pay the full price for the monthly subscription box. After receiving my trial, I was unable to cancel. I wasn't able to log into my account, I tried contacting costumer support and no one reached out to me, i even tried messaging them on Facebook and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription making it impossible for me to unsubscribe from this monthly charge on my credit card. While I am still receiving product every month, I do not want to be spending that much money on it and want my subscription canceled.Business response

I ordered from this company on May 28 2021 and spent $20.70 I have not received my package and I have emailed This company multiple times. I have called this company multiple times. And have heard nothing. In my package has never been sent. They already took my money out of my account back in May but still no package.Business response
