ABSOLUTELY USE SOMEONE ELSE based off of their customer service in the store, and their lack of quality and timeliness on jobs. They sold/didn't stock/didn't forecast our flooring we thought we had reserved well in advance. I will attest, Trent, the owner, did make up for it by upgrading us to a different one which was better in quality and equal in color.
This became overshadowed but having to have multiple employees removed from the job for the complete lack of professionalism in their work(************************************, which resulted in the installer incurring cost but they are working to make it right and get it done. Due to working capital and material issues, it has taken 3 weeks now and home still not floored and we are to close in 4 days.
Tile had some issues like flooring. Grout line washouts and certain other issues. However, Terry came in and made it look much better and is super willing to walk through and talk with the homeowner and has paved a promising way forward to fix it. His flooring crew came in and tiled the floors and it looks great. Took a few extra steps but he's making it right.
Lighting ladies have been a pleasure to work, for the most part, they were all **************** after posting an honest review. There is an extremely rude man (Mike who works in the warehouse) who ******** us about our lighting that we've never dealt with, stating we needed to switch certain fixtures and no other resolution. Then just walked away to the back after us asking for flooring help and him spending time talking poorly of his coworkers. We were told we were only missing two fixtures, then those fixtures are now said to be in in but we are being told we are missing three other fixtures now (I bet the sold those like our original flooring)
Majority of the staff won't engage customers. Other than Michelle or Malorie, you have to approach the staff person and verbally ask for help and you will eventually be helped. Kevin and another co worker sat at the counter while we waited and talked. Not shop talk, not calling customers, talked sports etc. (Trent will always say "they're working hard and can't engage every customer that walks in the store") I saw not one keyboard stroke or paper moved, but we stayed by the counter and no assistance or greeting was made.
