In late July, I purchased insurance from Trawick to travel to **********. ** requires special covid insurance requirements. However, they dropped this requirement for vaccinated individuals on August 1. I didn't realize that you still need insurance for your entire stay if you enter the country before August 1 so I didn't purchase the policy for a long enough time. After arriving, I had to purchase a new policy and take the paperwork to the ** immigration office. They needed the plan verification in Spanish. Trawick refused to provide this. Then they cancelled my new plan without notifying me when they learned that I purchased it while outside the US. They said I could extend my old plan, but it would cost over $1000 when it should only cost around $330. They said it looks like a mistake in the system, but won't try to address it. I would like this mistake addressed so I can purchase the required insurance and get the documents in Spanish as required.Business response
