    I am a physician licensed in both NY and NJ. On Aug. 9, 2021, I entered into an agreement with Medical License Pro (MLP) to assist with my obtaining medical licenses in 8 other states, having paid them $4,476 in late July for these services. I was assigned someone, ******** *******, a licensing support specialist, who I discovered was new to the company and began to make multiple errors in many of the applications. I also began dealing with ***** ***, the head of the company, who was extremely erratic in his responsiveness and, at one point, became completely unresponsive. Of note, at one point, he did inform me that he had let ******** go. As a result, I needed to reach out to a colleague who had previously used MLP and recommended them to me. He actually indicated that he had recently been having difficulty obtaining a response from them for some work he had asked them to do for him, as well. He was able to talk with ***** *****, the Director of Licensing, who agreed to help me. Initially she did, but 2 weeks ago, she stopped communicating with me, as well. At this point, almost 7 months later, I have only received acknowledgement from one state, California, that my license had been approved. I was initially told by ***** that everything had been submitted to the remaining states and nothing else more needed to be done, but that has not been the case. However, as MLP established the online accounts when they submitted my applications, I have no idea what the actual status is of my remaining applications and are having difficulty communicating with the states, directly. Two weeks ago, I twice asked ***** for the userid/passwords *** these accounts, but she has not responded. At this point, I need direct access to these accounts, as well as any other information in her possession to help me determine the status of my applications. Also, as I have had to do so much work on my own which I had paid MLP to do, I am asking for a refund of the $4,476 fee.

    Do not use this business. They will take your money and you will not receive your licenses. We inquired about a refund after they failed for over a year to get a medical license for us and the business became unresponsive and stopped communicating.

    We offered a full refund. However, due to the amount of time that had passed, we were unabe to credit the original form of payment. An email was sent to the client (not the same person leaving this review) that we were mailing her a refund check. I spoke with the reviewer yesterday and he advised that the address we had on file was not correct and they had moved over a year ago. A new refund check was immediatly shipped 2nd day **** It is worth mentioning that we did successfully license the client in 2 out of 3 of the requested states. Unfortunatley, requirements were not met for the 3rd state.
