    Florence pays ***** cents per kilowatt hour, higher than many other counties. The electric goes off on average 3 times per month. I have asked them to check visibly leaking transformers, over grown lines, dead trees looming over lines etc... None of which has been addressed. The city is willingly putting hard working line men in ***** way when we have major storms or even a little rain because they do NOT maintain lines. This is the only city out of the many I havelin lived that has so many power outages and for extended lengths of time. Being proactive and keeping lines clean and free of possible damage would prevent the line men from working in dangerous harsh conditions. I would homesy give them zero stars if possible.
