Your location at ***************************************************************************** was not authorized to use my debit card. I told the guy at the stand (I have a picture of him) to STOP EVERYTHING and give me my debit card back. He said "No, we've got it figured out." And he hit continue on the card machine and processed a charge of $620 after I had told him to return my card to me. That's card fraud committed by TNT fireworks in the amount of $620 on my bank account now. The guy was on the phone with someone named **** the entire time who was trying to help him figure out the card machine. I tried to prevent this from happening by telling him to stop and give me my debit card back but he refused and proceeded to use my card. That's STEALING / FRAUD. He was supposed to run my card for just $40 and that's what I originally handed him the card for. When I saw him struggling to figure out the card machine... I told him to stop everything and to give my card back to me and he refused. My dad was with me and witnessed this. I have receipts. I have pictures. Thanks to this unauthorized transaction I will be getting hit with at minimum $90 in overdraft fees on my bank account. The $620 is already showing on my bank account. Thanks to this transaction I won't be able to purchase fireworks for my family. What do you plan to do to make me whole?Business response

On July 2, 2023 a VP in ********** was notified via email of the issue.
On July 2, 2023 this VP contacted the customer to discuss the issue, the refund was processed as the customer stated, at that time our VP used VENMO to send the customer the disputed $90. The customer was satisfied at the end of the call and he received a refund plus fees in full.

Purchased TNT Proud Eagle firework pack on 12/29/22 and 75% of the fireworks in the pack were duds. Contacted TNT Fireworks ****************** on 12/31/22 for refund and was asked for copy of receipt which I sent back to them on 12/31/22. Asked for an update on 1/14/23 with no reply from TNT. Asked again on 1/18/23 with no reply from TNT. Asked for the 4th time on 2/1/23 with no reply from TNT and the 5th time on 2/2/23 again with no response from TNT. Have never heard back from them regarding the refund of $34.99.Business response

This original request was lost in junk mail. It was longer than expected getting the refund back to the customer unfortunately. It was fully resolved with a full refund to the customer.
