    We were really excited when we first purchased our 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000 from the Gadsden location. I bought the maintenance and extended warranty also. We were taking our ranger in the beginning on the necessary bases for the maintenance until we were told that we had used up all of our maintenance package, by then that person on the service department was no longer there and I didn't take it in for all the oil changes and we had issues with the motor and and the warranty refused due to lack of maintenance but you are looking at $500.00 for a service. I had contacted in November and filled out all the paperwork to start the process of the warranty cancellation and I have all the emails up until 02/02/2024 and when I tried to contact again that person is no longer working there, so I call the warranty group and they never received any of the paperwork until Feb.16 2024 so I am at my **** end. I will never recommend or use that dealership again. It seems odd that over the last few years that there is such a job turnover with the employees so it make you stop and think what is wrong????

    Hey ******-I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience between the service department and then in trying to cancel your warranty. I just saw this after we spoke, and I figured I'd respond to you here as well. I'm glad that you received the refund check, and we have made changes to our office staff since you initially had this problem. Hopefully there won't be any problems like this from that department moving forward for you and anyone else.
