We were really excited when we first purchased our 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000 from the Gadsden location. I bought the maintenance and extended warranty also. We were taking our ranger in the beginning on the necessary bases for the maintenance until we were told that we had used up all of our maintenance package, by then that person on the service department was no longer there and I didn't take it in for all the oil changes and we had issues with the motor and and the warranty refused due to lack of maintenance but you are looking at $500.00 for a service. I had contacted in November and filled out all the paperwork to start the process of the warranty cancellation and I have all the emails up until 02/02/2024 and when I tried to contact again that person is no longer working there, so I call the warranty group and they never received any of the paperwork until Feb.16 2024 so I am at my **** end. I will never recommend or use that dealership again. It seems odd that over the last few years that there is such a job turnover with the employees so it make you stop and think what is wrong????SpeedZone Motorsports Gadsden Response

Hey ******-I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience between the service department and then in trying to cancel your warranty. I just saw this after we spoke, and I figured I'd respond to you here as well. I'm glad that you received the refund check, and we have made changes to our office staff since you initially had this problem. Hopefully there won't be any problems like this from that department moving forward for you and anyone else. I look forward to seeing you soon if you take me up on my offer regarding the service on your Ranger. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if there is anything else you need.Review from Jeremy W

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY SPEEDZONE! they are crooks and a total rip off. Spent 32k on a machine on october 6th 2021 that is a paperweight, can not be driven or used. They WILL NOT return phone calls unless I post on this page. Nothing gets done it is now January and nobody can seem to return phone calls within 3 months or get the machine repaired. Brand new machine, check engine light came on 5 days after having machine, it has been in limp mode ever since October. The salesman Tony will text back sometimes but can't seem to relay any messages or get anything done. It is extremely frustrating to have spent this much and can't even get a phone call or anyone to get something done on this concern. They have made "deals" with us before about taking down a post similar to this, but they keep doing the same thing with absolutely no change. As of today tony said they will not offer more than 18k after it has been sitting for 3 months. Which they charged us 32k which is insane. So they want us to eat $14,000! Seems like they don't want to pay for a paperweight either. Basically laughing at us that we are now stuck with a lemon, acting like this is solely our problem and they cant or wont do anything. The guy who answers phones puts people on hold and just waits for us to hang up. All he can tell you if you do get to speak with someone is "soon" something might be done "soon". How soon is soon? My guess at this point is never. I figure nothing will get done still after this unfortunately. I would NOT recommend buying anything from here, getting your machine serviced or anything at all. Stay away if you don't want to be stuck dealing with issues we have experienced.SpeedZone Motorsports Gadsden Response

Late last year they gave a 1 star Google review. They stated a week after they bought a Pro XP Ultimate that the engine was throwing codes and the unit was making popping noises. And they stated all they did was drive it down a road. Of course I reached out and had them bring the unit back in for us to check. After inspection, we found enough hours for a first service, a shredded belt, and two broken axles. The passenger side had body damage, with broken rear plastics on the same side. After informing ***** of the damage being much more than "driving down the road", ****** called and threatened to "come over there and f### someone up". Even after all that, myself and Templeton worked with him and to ensure a good customer experience. We even had Polaris expedite axles to try and get them on a scheduled ride. So when they picked up all the main issues were fixed, minus the body damage of course. They then removed the Google 1 star review.
A few weeks later they brought it in for more codes showing up on the display. They said it happens when you floor it and the turbo kicks in. We could not replicate it, but Templeton opened a case with Polaris. Polaris authorized a fix, and parts were ordered. This was in November, and parts were ordered. They refused to leave the unit, so they said they would bring back the unit when the parts came in.
This brings us to current day. One gasket is still backordered. But again, they have been using their machine this whole time. ****** started sending demanding texts to his sales person Tony. We WILL have an owner, someone above me, call him And since his machine is not 100% fixed to his liking, we WILL be buying back his machine at the full price he paid. We nicely told him no, gave him a price according to it not being fixed, and told him once fixed we could readdress the price. That is when ***** got on and gave us a new 1 star Google review.
We went above and beyond the first time due to their previous review. Even with their threats of physical harm. And now they are using the Google and BBB review as a tool to try and get what they want again.Customer Response

This is insane. They are lying and are just trying to get rid of us so they can screw over more people. This is sad they are so low to even do this. We are not the only customer that have had these issues. They are just trying to make an excuse to slide all this under the rug.
First of all whoever wrote this reply is a liar because this is not correct information. Let me get things straight.. October 7th, we signed papers for 21 pro xp, picked up machine on 12th. Got it home rode it in the back yard, which is not even .5 of an acre. The next day we wanted to ride so we wanted to take it to a park. We load it on the trailer to find the right rear axle boot has a pin hole in it, causing grease to sling. There was absolutely nothing we did wrong that could have caused this. Therefore, we call speedzone immediately. they said they can't replace unless it's broken and told us just to ride on it and keep grease in the boot. Saturday that 16th of October we took machine to top trails, rode easy trails because still learning the machine, noticed turbo is glowing cherry red and the check engine light came on for a underboost/over boost code. Immediately contacted dealer about light and brought machine in on october 19th with 1.4 hours used on the machine. They claim to have found a shredded belt ( if belt is shredded machine will not move which wasn't the case) , right rear axle boot was damaged with the pin hole and the left front axle boot clamp had come undone which I told them ( Chris the writer) was not a big deal. They decide to replace the belt and 2 axles, which the dealer paid for, they say. November 2nd, we got the machine back from the dealer. November 6th and 7th we went to windrock and check engine light came on again for the same code underboost/over boost and machine is in limp mode every time this code sets so machine can not be used. I took the machine back to the dealer on November 9th. They had the machine for 25 days, they claimed to have replaced the waste gate actuator, and had hard time duplicating concern but somehow it does it for us every time you full throttle for more than 5 seconds. Why would you buy a machine you can't fully use? It makes no sense. Polaris said to order a turbo at this point. Turbo has been in at the dealer for a month now; they claim to be waiting on an exhaust gasket. I hate posting on Facebook and reviews; they are trying to make us look like we are in the wrong, but we just want answers and something to be done. So in response to this reply, here we go:
We wanted the "first service" completed since there was about 15 hours left and we wanted to make sure we would be ok to ride in windrock and we wouldn't have to bring it back to the dealer for a while. So, there is the first crooked statement. The damage to the side is because there was a tight trail and we cut it too sharp and bumped a tree, this is a woods toy should I remind everyone, it will not stay perfect for very long in the woods, anyone with common sense will know that. It lifted the very back corner of the door skin and a scratch. Jeremy never threatened, so that's out of context. I heard what he said. He is very frustrated that he spent this kind of money and can't use the machine, people that answer the phones can't give any information so he said yall make me want to strangle someone which of course is a figure of speech when someone gets super frustrated. Anyone, again with common sense, has said things like that, but it takes people that aren't complete idiots to realize that.So on the part where we " refused to leave the machine", yes we didn't want to leave it at the dealer because it was just going to sit outside in the weather, we have a shop that it stays parked inside, locked up and out of the weather. Our seat belts are messed up and will not adjust now since they kept it outside the 2 weeks they had it in the beginning. We do not like our brand new 32k machine sitting outside in the weather for 39 days like they have. So if whoever writing this can get their wording correct, that would be appreciated. So, in response to our machine not being fixed to our liking!? Like, are you serious? The machine has a check engine light on, in limp mode, you refuse to repair, return phone calls, or provide ANY kind of information. So you're telling me that it's supposed to have a cel? You're telling me it's supposed to be in limp mode? But it's just not up to our standards... So that's blatant word manipulation and not stating correct facts again. Now, about the offer you made for the machine was just an insult. You sold it to us for 32k, but you offer 18? So it seems like you don't want a broken machine either. It seems like you don't want to own a lemon either. BUT we are the bad people now because we're stuck with it, even though you don't even want to buy it back. We even said you could have the extra 3k of parts we installed on the machine, such as skid plate, roof, and windshield. There is more toCustomer Response

Cont. From previous comment because I want to be clear:
So now the last part is where he is saying we're just trying to use social media or reviews to get what we want. What we want is the machine you have sold us , which would be a new, properly operating machine that we overpaid at 32k just because you had one in stock. Is that wrong for us to want what we paid for to operate correctly? That's all we want is the machine to be fixed, the employees not to snatch things from us, be rude and give us some kind of information about the machine when it is there for service. That's what a dealership is supposed to do, or am I wrong...the dealer is out to screw you any way possible from my experience at speedzone.
In conclusion, I do apologize for having to post things places, but if I don't, nobody would have contacted us. Nothing would get done about the machine, and I am 99% sure the machine would still be sitting at the dealer with nothing done to this day if we had left it there. The dealer had the machine for 39 days total; we had the machine 13 days in our possession as of Dec 3rd. We brought the machine home so it would not be sitting outside in the elements, not knowing what's happening while parts were ordered. We can not use the machine because it will go in limp mode and will not go over 10 to 15mph. Everytime we call speedzone to ask where are parts or information, all they can say is soon or not sure or they dont know or the favorite response is I can get someone to call you back, but that has never happened yet. Every single time they say they will call back, they never do. Therefore is the only reason we messaged Tony because unfortunately he gets stuck in the middle, it's not his fault the machine turned out like it has, neither if us knew that going into this but the thing they could do is make it right. Tony has been the most responsive person so far. I appreciate that even though he gets the brunt of frustrations. If any of you were in this position, you would be doing the same thing. All we want is some kind of resolution or answer for these issues. The store employees are told not to speak with me or Jeremy anymore. We are tired of the lies and manipulation from this company. I hope this helps future customer to choose somewhere else for their business so they will not be screwed over like we have
