            Walked in and test drove a car, they pulled my credit, and then was told we weren't approved when we were approved for a higher priced vehicle the day prior. In the middle of the process another salesman asked for the keys and he sold it out from under us. Very dirty business and not professional AT ALL. They'll ***** your credit for nothing.

            We are disappointed that Ms. H**** left our dealership dissatisfied. No one wins when this happens. The actual reason Ms. H**** could not leave in the vehicle she originally wanted was a bank approval that required money down. They did not have money down at the time. This vehicle is a 2013 model which banks look at every vehicle differently. They mentioned they were approved for higher priced vehicle. She could have been approved but not knowing the details of that transaction we can not comment further. Again we want to earn everyone's business. But knowing the details of this transaction we followed the appropriate guide lines.

            We had a check financed through my bank but y'all didn't even ask before moving on to her application and denying ours. The car should not have been available to her until all our options were exhausted but that's now how it happened and you just don't want to admit you were doing sloppy, unprofessional business and will probably continue to do so.
