On 9/28/21 I went to SmilesForever to get three crowns on tooth #6, 7, 8, I was told by SmilesForever that they did same day CEREC Crowns and root canals. On the dayI was to get my crowns, during the imaging process Dr. ******* exclaimed that the machine was broken and that she would have to finish them herself. When she tried the teeth in my mouth I told her that the color was off and that I didn't like the way the teeth looked. After she did some grinding trying to fix them, she told me that they looked better than they did before and seem to think that I should be satisfied with whatever improvement she had made. Before the pandemic I was going to Aspen Dental Clinic and I told Dr. ******* that I was coming to her because every time I went to Aspen Dental they would have a new doctor and that I wanted to see the same DR. and build a Dr.-patient relationship. She told me that she understood and that she had worked for Aspen Dental Clinic before. The same day after Dr. ******* put the three crowns in my mouth two crowns fell out after I waited several hours before eating soup and crackers. I was horrified. I canceled the appointment with her the next day told them that two of my teeth had fell out and that I would be seeking the services of another dentist. I made an appointment at another clinic and the Dr. that told me the crowns were temporary crowns. He showed me on the X-ray how the crowns that I had for years showed up white on the X-ray, the crown she put in that didn't fall out didn't even show up on the X-ray. The next day I called the office of Dr. ******* and let them know what I had found out. I later got a bill from Care Credit for two crowns, $983.20. I called her office again to ask why she sent in a false claim when she know that she didn't put in porcelain/ ceramic crowns in my mouth. I just want to be reimbursed on my Care Credit Card account for the charges she is not entitled to keep.
