  Purchase a home in 2023, and I've got issues concerning my floors sinking in, water valve not tighten the the walls, electrical, my lights not working in certain rooms, cheap cabinets and countertops, inside never got trimmed, toilet or sinks not properly sealed...omg!!! They keep sending workers out, who butcher the jobs, not fixing or just making it worse! I regret this purchase, insurance want fix it because it's manufacturer issues. And issues that a new home should NOT be having! They don't stand behind their product, the quality is poor! NAILS coming through the floor!

  Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with the home we purchased from this manufacturer. 4 months and still waiting for repairs on what was sold to us as a brand new home.

  This is the worst place to buy a mobile home their materials is made out of shitThey very much so dont want to fix s*** that they ****** up they build your home out of cardboard within a month living there s*** start to fall apart I been calling them for 2 months to get them to come fix a leak around my window thats cause my wall to change color and mildew something that can make my kids sick just for them to say my warranty up I cant report s*** that I didnt see until I move my furniture been had my work order they told me 4 weeks and its a whole 2 months later window still leaking so I advise people to never purchase s*** from them use your money wisely if I would knew like I know now I would **** they full of bs and think they can tell you anything to get u off the phoneI hope their business close down cause they aint hitting on s***

  The worst mobile home I have ever bought factory will not come fix nothing thats still under warranty they cant put in a door they came out and replace front door when their fly a by worker cant set a door in and level it up like it supposed to be. I dont prefer do not buy a Hamilton home I give them A 0 rating again do not buy a Hamilton mobile

  Our is 3 yrs old and is falling apart. DONT NOT BUY A HOME FROM HERE. There built like s*** and literally fall apart.

  DO NOT BUY A HAMILTON HOME! We purchased our home in 2021 and had problems from the beginning. When the problems began we reached out to the dealer we purchased the home from (who also gave us the run around). For starters, we ordered our home with **** and **** doors on our 2nd bath (that's how it was in the model we saw on the lot). When our home was delivered, it did not have those doors. We were informed (whether from the dealer or the manufacturer) that the model home we bought does not offer **** and **** doors. Thankfully, they did send someone out to install the doors. It took about 5 months from when the house was put on our lot for the first service repair to be done and we were told we were told we only get 1 service call. 3 months into living in the house our floors started warping. 6 months into living in the house our cabinets started molding. I reached out to our dealer who informed me that this is normal with such 'energy efficient' homes. He advised we keep our cabinet doors open and all vent fans running at all times. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! Keeping the vents running alone increased my electricity bill $50 a month. Fast forward a few months, we decide to get a dehumidifier. Our dehumidifier is for a **** sqft area (our entire home is **** sqft). The dehumidifier is currently reaching capacity twice daily. This was our first home and we were assured by our dealer that Hamilton was the most efficient, sturdiest, highest quality home. My husband and I are now scarred from this experience and feel like we have been taken advantage of. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  Everything that these people have reviewed here is true been in our home a year had so much trouble getting them to come fix the things that they were supposed to fix under the one year warranty and as soon as they left more things fell apart they were out there at least three times and the last time the guy told me pretty much all Hamilton homes flooring is that way and they probably wouldn't even attempt to come out and fix it tram falling off everywhere floors are buckling uneven or cabinets are falling off I'm on a ton of other small things that are just annoying do not buy from these Crooks they pull you in by offering a faster delivery time than most of the other companies and I'll be dang you'll *********** but there will be no quality work done they should fire everyone that works in that place

  Awful!!! Shoddy workmanship! Have been in our room 13 months and had nothing but problems!!! And this company does not care!! Trim falling off everywhere, floor isnt even, roof leaking, worst mistake we ever made, buying a Hamilton home! Wish we had read the reviews before buying!!! Dont walk away from this company... RUN!!! I hate to give them one star!

  If i could give this company less than a 0 star i would. We have been in our home for 6 months and boy at the things that are wrong. My two kids could do a better job building than this company. To start when we first moved in part of the electricity did not work. There is sheetrock missing(from when it cracked in transport) and no one has been out to fix it. We ordered metal faucets for bathrooms(paid extra) plastic was what was put. None of our doors latch shut because the holes were drilled incorrectly. The tile on the shower walls are cracked. There is stuff all under the carpets in the bedrooms. The floors are buckled. The peak of our roof is not lined up(outside). Outlet in bathroom does not work. Lets not talk about the terrible trim work from the guy that was supposed to be great at his job. Wrong colored drawers were sent for laundry room. carpet buckled where it meets flooring. The never made a hole for the outlet in out closet so they had to make one and now no cover for the switch. Ceiling fan missing cover and the light does not come on. Lights flicker when you turn anything on in the house. to top everything we got woke up from our smoke alarms going off at 3 in the morning because our heat went out. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Super disappointed. This was our first home purchase. We paid $160,000 for a piece of junk!

  I must say this has been the most ridiculous experience of my life. These people are a joke. When the *** of a company will not return phone calls or emails that speaks volumes about his character. Which doesnt make him a person that thinks more highly of himself that the customers that put him in business. I purchased a ******** in May of 2022. It has been a nightmare. I have warped doors throughout the house, staples and nails coming up through the vinyl, cracks in Sheetrock ceiling and walls. The front door has daylight shining in when the door is closed. I have naked 220 wiring underneath the house. The master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan or any kind of light. I have piers that are leaning, one end of my house is coming apart. I have a seam coming apart on the marriage wall in the living room. A wall in my kitchen and dining room is sinking into the floor. My house was supposed to be sage green and *****. Both ends are a different color. Front and back are green and the ends are tan and gray. Oh and I have holes in the ceiling that were patched. Water leak stains are on a bedroom wall. I ordered a ******** **** that was never built. I was told I could take this lot model. I was also told it would ***********-8 weeks to get my **** 4 months later I was finally told it had not been built. Do as you please but as for me I would run like h*** from these people.
