these guys that came out today were great, thank you so much for taking care of my problem, those 2 guys, ***** and ***** were fabulous, such gentlemen came and done the job and were gone.

This company charge for services was very excessive. I was charged $490.00 for a 20 minute job. The company could not complete the job in one visit because they could not get the parts needed to finish the job and had to come back a week later with the parts. To be fair I was told the cost of the parts was $216.00. However I was charged $270.00 for labor. I did call the company to discuss the outrageous labor charge but was basically told their charge is their charge.George Plumbing

We are sorry you feel that you were overcharged. As explained when you called the office inquiring about the charges that our rate is $135.00 per hour and then after the first hour minimum charge we charge in 1/2 hour increments . We were onsite at your home for 1 hour and 15 minutes on the first trip and only charged for 1 hour. We returned for a second scheduled appointment at which time you were not home and we did not charge for this. We also had to locate, order and pick up the specialty parts required to do *********** that we do not stock. We returned for the third time to install the parts and we were onsite for 24 minutes. When all time on is calculated on this job the it came to a 2 hour labor charge of $270.00. I sincerely apologize that you feel you were overcharged but hopefully you will understand the breakdown of the labor charges.
