    Was told by ****** owner of this family owned and operated business D&B Plumbing back in January that he would come fix a leak I had. Every time I text or called all I got was I told you Id fix it didnt I Ill fix it to finally he just didnt return phone calls or text. I personally know how you run a business and this isnt the way to do it. Im not sure how he stays in business when all the phone calls are forwarded to his brother whom is actually running this company. How can you keep all the work coming in with just 4 employees and the owner obviously as shown doesnt keep his word . I have recommended this company to many people I know but now because of this experience I absolutely will not continue to do this any longer The plumber who completed the job is very surprised they are still in business. Running a business like this they likely wont be for long. I dont feel they are even worth one star but this site makes you at least give a 1 star rating.

    ****** ******* came out form D&B Plumbing. He incorrectly installed 2 shower trims (handles cartridges, etc.) and refuses to fix them. I've called Delta Faucets and they confirmed the handles are incorrectly installed. Even with that and Park Supply of ********** confirming the incorrect installation he refuses to fix. In fact Park Supply called him to verify and he will not complete the job as paid for.

    I had D&B Plumbing out in December '23 to replace a pump they installed in May '23. The pump burned out due to an electrician plugging in the pump incorrectly (the electrician replaced the outlet for the pump, and the company was very professional and reimbursed me for the mistake). D&B replaced the pump that failed on 12 December (called on 21 November); they are not prompt. We did not have a working septic pump, which is a significant issue. Two companies looked at the pump installed in Dec, and they said I should go back to the company that installed it and that the original company should correct the issue at no charge immediately. These other companies also noted the pump should have an alarm on a float switch to indicate matters; otherwise, the pump can be damaged. Neither new pump (May or Dec) had an alarm. Because the pumps did not have an alarm, nor was I asked about getting an alarm, I feel D&B are not experts. The new pump failed, the clamps on the piping became loose, causing the water to not flow properly, and the tanks backed up. Another failure of expertise is the poor installation of the piping and check valves (also the lowest quality of piping; a different company showed me the materials they use, which are significantly better). When I notified D&B of the issue on a Thursday and that it was urgent (graywater was backing up), D&B said they would be out Friday to help. On Friday, when I texted, D&B said other calls were ahead of me. When they never showed up, and it was dark that Friday evening, I asked about getting help, and they responded that they did not work weekends. They then stopped responding altogether. They were not professional. I do not recommend this company. They should help with the cost of repairing the pipelines (I used another company that is amazing). However, I am still waiting for a response from D&B when I asked about monetary compensation since their installation failed in less than two months. I would not use this company.
