            I applied for the property on 5/3/24 got approved signed the lease and paid deposit 5/11/24 moved in on 5/24/2024 which gave them a full two weeks to make the necessary repairs and the apartment habitable. I moved in the a/c doesnt work its above 90 degrees in ******* , hot water doesnt work , plumbing doesnt work and oven also doesnt work they sent out maintenance men that didnt speak a lick of English to fix the problem they didnt fix anything and didnt seem like they cared about fixing the problem all of those problems make this place inhabitable and is against the Alabama code Ala. Code 35-9A-204 1 , 2 , 4, 5 & 6 . And I also have an infant in these horrid conditions I will be seeking legal counsel if these repair are not fixed in 7 days as per state law .

            No stars selected light been leaking water for a yr roof over the bathroom has completely caved in showing pipes when ever the neighbors shower or wash clothes its leaking into my bath tub black mold has totally took over the bathroom wall apartment supposedly renovated but holes in closet doors dishwasher air conditioner hasnt worked since I been here money orders for rent have been stolen and they will put eviction notices on your door not even coming from city hall just printed on put on ur door by the maintenance men
