    Being a mom of a daughter you want to entire dress **** to be perfect. *****'s was our 4th stop only because of getting everyone's schedule to work out. While my daughter found a dress @ 3 of the 4 bridal shops after trying on many, *****'s Bridal had the Dress and it was mommas pick. My daughter, myself, and future ************ went to all locations and once she came out in this dress, both moms jumped up excitedly and teared up as did future bride. We knew then this was THE DRESS. She said yes to this dress that day, the clerk helping stated that they always order larger size based off largest measurement that day. Even though my daughter and the 2 moms questioned it because she had already started losing weight and had a goal size in mind, they insisted that they knew what they were doing and alterations wouldn't be an issue. They ordered 3 sizes to large!!!!Fast forward to dress coming in after months on order, already lost weight and dress was pretty big, but again no worries about alterations. Scheduled initial fitting with alterations 6 weeks before wedding. Alterations asked why they ordered a dress 3 sizes to big? Big Questions since we were told they knew what they were doing. She only did fitting for upper since it was going to be such a large task, scheduled another fitting to make sure top was going to fit and then pin for length alterations 2 weeks later. 4 weeks until Wedding Day, top did not fit, future bride crying alterations lady not sure what else can be done, mom goes to management asking for advice. While the manager *********************** was a saint and helped as much as she could, tried many options to make it right, however the only agreement that was given from higher up was to cover the alterations for the upper part of dress $120 (I think). Mind you we had to make multiple trips from 1 hour away. Final fitting was perfect, and she looked amazing. My tip don't let them order a dress 2-3 sizes to big!!!
