    so i placed an order on 3/20#****** I just want my product and not a refund. I contacted the company when it was 2 weeks, and they told me there was a delay. I on the website, its says nothing about delays 2 the company took my money.If you know there is a delay you shouldn't be selling products its fraud. So I reached out again its 3 weeks now and was told to wait 30 days. WHY IN THE **** SHOULD I WAIT 30DAYS FOR MY PRODUCT YOU TOOK MY MONEY WITH NO PROBLEM WHEN THE ORDER WAS MADE. I WANT THIS ORDER TO BE REORDERED BY THE COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT RUSHED TO ME . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER 6XS AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING .GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR

    I placed an order for various hair products totaling $55.96 on February 25, 2025. Nearly a month has passed, and my order has yet to be shipped. I received a refund of $44.97, but they retained $***** because two of the three items I ordered were discontinued. They were supposed to send the Oils Of Africa Madagascar oil, but it has not been shipped.I have been a customer of Mane ********************** for years and Ive never received such poor service. They have my ***** and never shipped my package. I will also be filing an complaint with the *********************** of ** if this isnt resolved.

    I place my order on January 12, on January 13th a shipping label was created and since then there have been no updates on my order. I have reached out to customer service but they have not provided me with an update on my order. I have not received the product and have not been given a resolution so I would like to be refunded now.

    The product smells rancid. I emailed photos of the product to The Mane Choice and their customer service was unhelpful with the matter. I purchased the growth hair oil. The seal was partially off and I believe it just went bad. Im merely asking for a refund!

    I made a purchase on 9/10/2023. I have still not received the product I purchased. I requested a refund on 10/16 after reaching out for information about my purchase and being told that there is an issue at the warehouse. I have not received any further correspondence or a refund or the items purchased.

    I have recently made a purchase from this company on 12-30-22 #****** I have received nothing. They sent a replacement order #****** still nothing. I get the same email about things being out of stock then they say its back the its not. Honestly this company is just taking money from people and never giving the products. I dont even know how they are operating with all of the complaints and bad reviews.

    I placed an order on their website on November 25th, 2022 for hair products totaling ***** today is January 19th and my products have not been shipped. This business needs to be looked into for business practices based on the fact they advertise a sale knowing that people are going to shop they take their payments right away and takes it looks like months to ship your products in the meantime you have no products and they have their money. I have had to reach out to them a couple of times before receiving a response that they are receiving higher than usual volume and are working hard to get my shipment out. I really dont believe it and it seems like tactics advertise a sale get customers money, delay shipments and after months customers ask for refund and they take probably a month to give refund . I dont want a refund I want my products. I really think they should not charge customers accounts until they are ready to ship items . Taking my hard earn money and taking months to ship products seem unfair to me.

    I am rejecting this response because: a shipping label was created on January 12th and today is January 27th and my correspondence from Manechoice is that the package was shipped but not picked up and they will get back to me with a status . Im totally amazed in time frame that as of today weeks after shipping label was created it has not been picked up. It is going on three months and I dont have my shipment: This is no way to run a business.

    On 10 December 2022 I placed an order for $113.97, and paid for expedited shipping. I got an email on 20 Dec saying it was shipped and a DHL tracking number. Then later got a **** tracking number saying waiting for delivery. I have tried calling and always get sorry no one is available, 6 emails with no response and 4 on their website. Now going through my bank to dispute the charge. This honesty seems like a scam site and not real.

    Hello,

    Due to the high volumes of our Black Friday, Cyber Monday sales,shipping times were delayed and took longer than normal. In addition, some items went out of stock and were being restocked. Once all items were back in stock,the order was shipped out. This specific order was delivered to the customer on December 29, 2022 by **** as seen in the attached photo. In good faith, the company has additionally refunded the full amount of the customers order.

    May 2021. I totally had an issue with receiving my order with several missing products! I contacted the company to send my products or refund back to me. The company did not respond to me after a month so I contacted my bank to dispute on my behalf. My bank dropped the ball on my dispute and ended up closing out my dispute! It took 3months for them to conduct a dispute and sided with the company claiming there was no error. However I have email from the company stating that they owe me money. So how is it my money has still NOT been refunded to me. That is a whole another story that I have to file a complaint with them as well for how they handled/did not handle my dispute as their customer. After all, this company completely without a doubt owes me money! So allowing time for the company to pay me back and/or allowing time for my back to get my money back. The company did end up responding back to me stating that the $657.14 was to be refunded to me and that I needed to contact my bank. I contacted my bank, they advised no pending chargeback or refund being processed. So I open up another claim with my bank. I also contacted the company asking for evidence of the chargeback being processed. The customer service rep told me the charge back request was denied. They said they would re order my products. I was so exhausted with the back and forth for several and several months with no resolve, I said ok send my stuff then. I originally just wanted my products shipped/replaced in the beginning so I thought the issue was going to be resolved until I didn’t even receive that order! Per tracking info it stated my order was cancelled by the company. I contacted the same customer service girl Abby via email and she said the items were out of stock and my money was then going to be refunded . It is now June/July of 2022 and I have not received my full refund or products in place of what was missing. At this point a long time ago this has been FRAUD on the company’s
