      I placed an order for a free flag to only pay $4.95 in shipping and was charged an extra automatic payment of $49.00 for something that I did not order. I distinctly remember click on the DO NOT WANT button for this item when it asked me if I wanted. This was done through PayPal and I tried to get PayPal to refund the order, but they would not and told me to get with the seller. The Seller says they can offer a $20 refund as an act of kindness, but if I want the full refund I would have to pay to ship back the item that I did not order in the first place. I want my money back, I did not make this purchase. I also have done research since this transaction took place and have noticed that there are several other people with the same experience from this company charging for items that were not ordered. This is a scam company and they need to be shut down!!!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They initially did not want to refund the payment they fraudulently took from my checking account.  They wanted me to pay shipping to return the item they charged me for that I did not authorize payment on nor did I purchase before they would initiate a refund or have me accept a $20 refund and keep the item that I did not purchase or authorize them to take money from my account on.  The refund was processed through my bank this morning.  Thank you for your help with this matter!

      There was a ******** add for a free ***** Coin, just play shipping and handling of 4.99. I did that. However they hit my paypal account for that and an additonal ***** for the following. Order ID: ******* Order Date: Jul 17, 2024 Grand Total: $***** 24K Mount Up With Wings Pocket Watch 1$14.45$14.45Gold United We Stand Coin 1$14.97$14.97SUBTOTAL$***** TOTAL PAID$*****I did not order these items, this is outright fraud. Nowhere on there website did I click to order these items. Also Paypal informed me of autopay for *****, and I don't know what that is for. I have tried to call these folks, have tried to email these folks, and I not talked to a live person, or have I gotten a response. I talked with paypay and got them to give my money back but I been told that the company will likely get it back. What I want, is a shipping label to send their products back, I also want a refund of the 4.99 for the s&h on the ***** coin. This was an outright scam. and I don't want to have anything to do with this company. It was false advertising, to get you into a confusing web page so they could bill you all kinds of money. I also want an apology.       We were charged $55.90 without consent on 5/19/2024 by patriotzonetribe. They again tried to charge me $73.12 and $47.32 today for something we never ordered! My bank alerted me and were able to stop the $73.12 charge, but I am still out $103.22. I filed a police report locally and with my bank. This company is fraudulently charging random bank accounts and should be shut down!

      I purchased a gadsten coin for $4.95 on the company's website through paypal. The next thing I know I get a notification from paypal for a $64.35 charge. I did not order anything for $64.35. I only ordered a coin for $4.95. A package arrived rather quick and it contained the coin I ordered, plus another coin and some flag. I immediately tried to contact the company through the information listed in paypal. I did not receive a response through email and their phone number is an answering machine. I did not get a call back. Next I went through paypal's dispute service. The company claimed that I ordered these items which I did not and they offered me $20. I declined the offer as I wanted the full refund for items I did not order. After a discussion, they agreed to a full refund if I returned the unwanted items, but the shipping would have to be at my own cost. I reluctantly agreed and shipped the items back. After that I did not receive a refund and I once again tried to reach out by email and phone with no success. So I complained to my credit card company, and the company told my bank that they did not receive the returned items. They are lying. I provided the bank with my tracking information and proof of receipt. Do not order anything from this company. It is a scam.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      *********** is acting as if everything is all good because I received a refund from the bank.  *********** did not issue the refund.  They lied to my bank and told them that I never returned the items.  I only got the refund after a continuing investigation and proof that I did return the items.  ******** had no choice but to refund the money.  I lost money on shipping and too much time going back and forth with the bank because of the company.  Their grade should remain F with the BBB.  I do not need anything else from the company or BBB at this time, but I want it to be known that their business practices are unacceptable and no one should buy from them.

      This so called internet business using click wu LLC has a website that makes you log in to get out after item is purchased then they hit your card again with an outrageous charge. They should have what ever license they have revoked and their LLC. Website is nothing but click bait designed to rob you. I was taken for ***** after ordering a flag for ****. I want whatever can be done against this company done so others don't get screwed by them. I am currently in dispute with PayPal over them now. They need shut down!!!!! Get a hold of me with what ever I need to do to further this action.

      I was using their web site to order a challenge coin for $5.95 it was a buy one get one free offer. After I selected my purchase through paypal and hit ok my phone was flooded with after offers. It got to the point I could not move forward or backward within the added offers. There were several offers displayed over the top of the other. Since I could not move forward I closed the web page and thought I was done with the whole mess. 5 Mins later I see a charge on my paypal account for the original $5.95 for the coins and and additional charge of $93.35. I have no idea what the second charge is for nor did I knowing authorize this charge. This constitutes a fraudulent charge due to the fact I did not agree to the charge or even know how it was authorized. I feel with the way their web site is confusing and keeps sending you further and further down a rabbit hole they are using deceptive practices on their web site. I would like a full refund and my information purged from their business. They use a 3rd party customer service service so no luck with contacting anyone to speak with.

      I have attempted to contact their customer service number which is third party and left a message. That was the only option. I have sent them 3 emails attempting to contact the business for a resolution and refund. I have not heard back from any of my attempts to contact the business. I have filed a deceptive practices and fraudulent charge complaint with Paypal and with my local bank as well.

      I have received a refund which is what I wanted. I am happy with that. What I am still not happy with is the charge that was placed on my account. The fact I could not speak with customer service department. The fact I did not receive any feedback from all of my attempts to contact the company for a refund of a fraudulent charge. I think people need to aware this company has a confusing and hard to navigate website. People also need to be aware of the horrible customer service for this company. They are better off not ordering anything from this company and finding a legit place to order the merchandise they are seeking..

      On 11/13/2023 I was scrolling through Instagram I saw an advertisement for a collectors coin free only pay **** shipping and handling. So I did then it pops up would you like this free presidential flag. I click yes. Next thing I know I'm being charged ***** on top of the ****. It's basic robbery.
