      Well run company who I have on more than one occasion. When they cannot address the issue or it is small Around the Clock has been very honest. I appreciate their excellent work ethic and high quality work.

      The good news is they gave me a free quote and did so in a timely manner. They also did the needed work as scheduled. The bad news is that I was charged $765 for 90 minutes of work! This included materials they provided but that was only two small pex water lines in my crawl space that needed to be provided. There was also a problem scheduling the work. I told the plumber when I wanted him to come and he agreed to come at that time. Then I got calls the previous day to "schedule" me for service. The woman I talked to in the office said the plumber wasn't supposed to schedule a time with me. This resulted in some phone tag with the office and even some texts being exchanged.

      Around the Clock Plumbing replaced our 20 year old water heater with a new one on 11/16/2022.. We requested an 80 gallon water heater and they were able to get for us when other plumbers said that they were not available. They called us and arrived on time and removed the old water heater and installed the new one in two hours. ***** and **** did an excellent job. They were polite, professional, and prompt. Around the Clock Plumbing will be our first choice in the future for plumbing work.
