I am leaving this review for the simple fact that I feel like I've been robbed and taken advantage of. Let me start by saying I am a dispatch and operation manager for multiple carriers in different avenues of the transportation industry and I've been doing this for over 8 years so yea I know my stuff. I also know DOT agents as well so I made sure I did my research before leaving this review. My car was recently towed from the side of HWY 84, It's a *** 528i. It was said to have ran out of gas but it's actually my fuel pump that's neither here nor there. The first place I looked up was this business and according to ****** it was closed, My problem with that is people are passing through all the time and if they don't know any better they would skip over this number because its closed vs calling anyways.. Im 8months pregnant and stuck on the side of a dangerous rd, im not wasting my time calling them because their closed. I instead called multiple other numbers . anyways moving right along, I end up leaving my car and went to my father house which was 2 ins away from where I broke down and also 2 mins away from this business.. Within 45 mins, the police called these people and had it towed. lol lmaoooooooo, Im like sheesh where were yall when I needed help. Here's where it gets messy, I called the business owner and he said it would be $405.00 for them to tow my car across the street. They picked up my car from down the street, brought it to their place and was now charging *************************************************** and dude has a little argument because I chose to say "this is ridiculous" referring to my situation. I guess he didn't like that and told me to be quiet and let him speak. Like bruh talk to your wife like that not me. Anyways I immediately started calling a few carriers and the DOT agent that I do business with and told them about the situation and they all told me to file a complaint and a DOT complaint because I was taken advantage of

Car was removed out of a major highway where it was left in the lane of travel, I was called by the police to remove a dangerous situation to everyone traveling on a major 4 lane highway, some one could have been killed, Im sorry you fill you were taken advantage of, perhaps the next time you abandon your car you will insure it is in a safe place and does not create a dangerous situation for everyone else Your car towed home for you, if you felt anyone was ride to you I apologize, and please remember One response is triggered by your actions The charges was appropriate for the services rendered Again this was a police removal of a dangerous situation to the pubic,And if you fill you were insulted I apologize
