On 09/10/22. I paid a total of $2179.71 for the countertop deposit with a balance due upon completion. The work was done and completed. I was instructed not to wipe the counter down until the next day. While wiping I notice a crack and several blemishes so I called ********************* the sales mgr the very next day. I forwarded pictures directly to him. He assured me that he would send someone out right away. I have called him once a week to try to resolve the issue. I have also called the main office in ********* three times and my husband has also called. We have reached out to them very professionally and in respect to take care of the issue. It has now been two months without any form of communication. I will also provide photo copies of the countertops.Business response

12-1-2022 ************ of BBB returned a call from ***************. *************** said they have been in contact with the Ingrams' via phone and sent a technician to their home on 11-30-22 to check on the problems. An update will be sent once the repair options are noted.
