    Purchased two mats in December 2024= Three days later I sent multiple emails to return the unopened mats. Two weeks later and no response. I sent an additional email and a week later still no response. I left a bad review on ******** and I finally got a email with a return label. It's been over two weeks since they received the return and I don't have the refund and they are not responding to the email I sent to inquire about the refund

    I bought a grounding sheet from them. I wanted a to return it because my dog wouldn't stop trying to get it out of the box. I feared she would tear it up if I put it on the bed. I contacted the company saying I needed to return it. According to their return policy I could return it within 90 days for any reason and they would send me a return label. When I contacted them to return it, they said that was wrong and I had to pay to return it. In another email they said there website hadn't been updated and the free return was no longer correct for anything except if you cancelled the order but it was still delivered. I have gone back and forth with them with no resolution. I am taking it to mail it back on my dime, which I should never have to do ******* is costing me $16.85 to send it back.     I had ordered a grounding sheet with their 90 day risk free however decided not to keep it and sent an email on how to return it as their risk free policy. It was not opened. I had to take pictures of it and email. They then gave me the return address. I mailed it back. When we heard nothing back I tracked the package and it was delivered Sept 30th. I emailed that it had been delivered. They told me the processing people would need to inspect it first, and when they were done Id receive my refund. There have been many emails back and forth since and I have still not received my refund. I just keep being thanked for my patience and understanding. It has been very frustrating and I would like my refund back but see I am going to need some help in doing this.

    I have not heard from them and I have not emailed them again because as you saw I keep getting the same response. I have a feeling they do not intend on refunding me and I wish to pursue this further as that is not right. My husband called their line and left a message to call him.    They returned his call but it only rang once and then the line went dead. He quickly recalled the line and left another message but they have not responded to that call. 

    This whole process has been causing me grief. I am very upset with this company. 

    Please advise as to next steps.

    Returned unopened item well within the time allowed. Followed notification rules.Sent with tracking info and pictures of the returning item to ******************'s been 4 weeks of fruitless emails, back and forth, and vague responses as to when the refund will happen.I think they are doing this on purpose.

    Those idiots finally got back to me, within a day, after I left a scathing review on Trust Pilot and issued a full refund.

    I placed an order for sheets from grounding official in September, I didnt mean to order 3 sheets, I immediately reached out to Grounding Official to cancel the order so I could just order one fitted sheet. (Not 3). They did not respond, so 9/12/24 I received all three fitted sheets. I reached out immediately after receiving them to see how I can return the two sheets I didnt need or want. 10 days later they responded asking me to send a picture of the sheets condition before sending a shipping label. I again immediately send a picture of the sheets unopened in original condition. I received the shipping label after they confirmed the sheets condition. They asked I give them my tracking information once I send the sheets out which I did. The sheets were returned back on 10/1/24. I have since reached out MULTIPLE times to follow up on my refund of $273.49. They responded once on 10/17/24 telling me theyre doing quality checks. I have emailed them once a week since then with zero response and no refund. It has been a month and a half. I should not have to chase a refund when I did everything they asked and the product was untouched and unopened and I tried to cancel it before receiving the items in the first place.

    Per the tracking, I returned this item, which was delivered on October 3rd. I emailed the business immediately that the item had been shipped with the following tracking number: ********************** I emailed the seller on October 30th because I still have not received a refund. I have received no response from the seller regarding a refund or its status. They simply say they are looking into it. But, it has been over a month, and at this point, I am out of my money and the item. I have attached my communication with the seller to show I have contacted them and they are expecting this return and I have done my due diligence to get this resolved on my end.

    I purchased grounding sheets as a gift on 8/24/2024 with express delivery of 5-7 days. They never shipped and I still have not received the sheets. I requested to cancel the order and request a refund. I have been told there is an error in the system and will be refunded when resolved. I also have been told the item is shipping. Neither has happened. I have made multiple attempts to reach them, emails, phone calls, etc. with still no resolution and a genaric email response. I would just like a full refund at this point.

    I purchased sheets from Grounding Official on 8/7/2024, started using them and liked them. The company then sent me an email on 9/2/2024. The video link has you input your name and email address along with the video. There was no mention in the email of needing a screenshot or anything proving it.
