      This business has ZERO respect for their customers. I paid $75 to have my childs school uniforms cleaned. When I picked them up, absolutely nothing had been done to the uniforms. They were not cleaned nor pressed (ironed). The staff all agreed that the uniforms were not done correctly. One worker stated that the uniforms did not even smell like them had been through the washer. One of the uniform shirts was filthy. I went to the business on more than one occasion before I was able to see a supervisor, I was told that they have the right to re-do the service. However, a re-do ticket was never initiated by the staff during my other trips to the store. I asked for a refund and was flat out told no. Even though, they all agree that the uniforms were not cleaned properly. I asked to speak to the manager. We spoke and I informed him that there is not a refund or re-do policy listed on the receipt. Only a claims process for damages. The owner was rude, dismissive, and was extremely disrespectful. I have never been spoken to the way this man spoke to me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because I paid for a service I did not receive. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RHE CUSTOMERS!!!

      Initially, this lady brought in some uniforms, which were heavily soiled the stains did not completely come out.  After picking up the items, she returned, asking for a refund and refused to allow us to redo them. The counter staff told her they did not have the authority to do so, in which she came back once more at a later time, and again denied a refund. Both times she was explained that we cannot guarantee her stains to come out.  And both times she began yelling and cussing at the staff.  I got on the phone and tried to explain this to her, and once again she would not allow us to redo the garment. She was yelling and cursing, and my staff asked her to leave. At that point, she left for a few minutes, then came back in ******* and cursing again at such time we had to threaten to call the police.  She has created a situation by being loud and threatening, and which no one wants to deal with her. When I told her that I would not allow my staff to be yelled at I too then became the bad guy.  

      We will be happy to redo her childs school uniforms, but not refund.  After this transaction is concluded, we asked that she not return.  Calling the counter staff names, yelling and cursing is not acceptable.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1.  My daughter attends *************************** She has on her uniform for a total of 3 hours a day before she changes into her P.E. Uniform. Therefore, the statement that my daughters red and blue jumpers and white shirts were heavily soiled is a complete fabrication of what occurred. I only needed my daughters uniforms pressed. They had been washed prior to me bringing them in. They were far from soiled. The pleats on her jumpers are difficult to iron and the collars of her shirts are hard to iron down as well. Which is why I took them to the cleaners. The shirts were purchased in February so heavily soiled is not true at all. 
      2. Absolutely nothing was done to the jumpers. They were not ironed and you could tell where they were folded in half and then put on a hanger. His own staff agreed that nothing was done to the clothes. They may have been washed. However, the collars and some parts of my daughters shirts were now dirty. The washers were clearly dirty. 
      3. The level of disrespect shown by the older woman and the owner was appalling. If I was so bad, I would not know that one of his staff has a kindergarten grandson. While I waited to speak with him, I taught her some phonics tricks to do with him. It was another young ladys first day and the staff that came from the laundry room also spoke and told me that the uniforms should have never left the store in the condition they were in. I did yell at the older woman because she yelled at me. The way the owner was dismissive and disrespectful, I would NEVER take anything back to his establishment. It would have agreed to a Re-do if they were apologetic and owned that the garments were not handled properly but they did not and they have yet to own their fault which is evident in the way the owner is addressing me as this lady. No professionalism or respect for people that is spending their hard earned money in his business. 
      In closing, this is not at all about money.  My husband and I both work.  This is about principle, common decency, and respect.

      Monday, April 17, 2023 I did laundry at Jaguar Cleaners. Ive been coming to this laundromat for years. I had several loads when it was time to dry. The dryers had been going for an hour, and this one particular dryer with my comforter still wasnt drying properly I notified the worker at that time, then proceeded to pay more money to dry my comforter set. After the comforter set finished drying, I removed it and noticed the dryer had fried it (my brand new ******************* comforter). Once again, I notified the worker, who immediately told me the dryer had burned my set and to take it to the Cottage Hill location where the owner should be because shes not allowed to refund or anything. After taking ,it to Cottage Hill, the nasty, rude workers refused to let me speak to the owner; they told me he would have to run the cameras, look at it, create a report, and see what the outcome would be, which would take days. I told the worker I would rather give it strictly to the owner since thats where the lad had sent me directly too. All that week I called to see if the owner was there; he wasnt. My mother even reached out; they said the owner would call her, but he still didnt call. Yesterday I went up there on April 24, 2023, and once again, rude workers refused to allow me to speak with the owner that was in the back! When he finally came up there, he kicked me out of his establishment.

      On 12/23/2022 I took a business dress shirt in to be cleaned and was told it would be ready on 12/28/22. I went to pick up the shirt on 12/29 and was told it was not ready because of production issues and to come back the next day. Went back on 1/4 and was told they couldn't find it and to come back the next day as they assumed it was not properly put on the rack and they would look for it. Came back the next day only to be told they still haven't found it. I was told to come back in a couple of hours while the girl looked for it, I told her I would wait now while she looked. Twenty minutes later she came out and said she couldn't find it and she would call the other stores as it must have been sent somewhere and for me to come ack tomorrow. I returned the next day and was told the other stores couldn't find it but she would personally go to each store and look for it. I came back two days later only to be told it still had not been located. at which time i told her I wanted to file a claim and please give me a claim form. She said she wasn't authorized to do that and I needed to come back during the day and get it from the manager which I did and filled it out and handed it back to her.By now it's 2/3/23 . I went back two other times to find out status of claim only to be told they were working on it and they would call when check was ready. By the end of February my wife decided to go and try to get our check for the shirt. She talked to the owner only to be told it had only been a few weeks and they had not had time to process it. When my wife complained he told her " get the h*** out of my store" in front of a store full of people who were at the time getting tuxes for Mardi gras *****. We have not received our check yet and it's going on three months.

      The first management heard of the situation was **************** wife coming in trying to get a check. Theres been no claim form filed at the time she came in.  Our production manager was trying to get some information from her in order to do some research while she was here. His wife proceeded to calling her ******** during their conversation. As soon as that happened, our production manager came and got me. I tried to speak with her and she was irate with me as well. At that point, she was asked to leave.  Then she began raising her voice in front of an office full of people. She was then told to get out of our store that we would not tolerate that type of behavior. Once we get a value for the shirt, he will be paid.  She was never cursed at.  We do offer our apologies for the misplaced shirt, and the hectic time during the Mardi Gras rental season.

      I dropped off a suede dress to be cleaned at the Jaguar Cleaners Bel Air Blvd location on February 8, 2023. It was supposed to be ready to pick up the next day on February 9, 2023. However, I went to pick up on that Monday, February 13, 2023 and the dress was not there. I was told it was at the main facility on Hillcrest Rd. The attendant called that office and was told they couldn't find it, but would look. I went back on February 16th and 22nd, still dress was not there. I called on the main facility on Hillcrest Road on 02/28/2023 and was told dress would be ready in a couple of days. I called Bel Air location today, 03/02/2023 and no one answered and voicemail was full. I also called Hillcrest location and no one answered and voicemail also full and call disconnected. I now feel that my dress is lost or was taken or given to someone else. I will NEVER use Jaguar Cleaners again, whether or not I get my dress back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      - Called the business on Monday March the 14th and spoke with Lindsay about a tux rental. - She asked if I had been there before since I could not come in for a fitting, I said yes and she said she could use my previous measurements. - She said someone will have to place a deposit for the tux rental so I had my father go up there and place a $20 deposit to hold the rental. - March 18th 2022 at around 10:30 am I arrive to pick up the tux. - I walk in and give them my name and they hand me the tux and ask me to try it on. - I look over the receipt to make sure the measurements they have are correct, and they were. - I get into the dressing room and begin trying on the tux which extremely oversized. - I walk out and ask if they have anything smaller and she says the smallest they have is a 40, but my reservation was for a 36. - I check the coat she gave me and its a 38. - I then ask why my reservation has 36 on it if they don't have a 36. She the replies "Oh we have a 36 but I don't have it now." - I then have to make a decision because the wedding is in 5 hours. So I took the TUX in fear of not being able to find another. - Luckily I found another, for 4x the price from *******'s Formal wear, but it fit. - I return to Jaguar 2 hours later to bring the tux back and request a refund. - I'm told the cashier can't issue refunds and that I need to call the billing department and ask for Debbie at ************. - I called the department every Monday or Tuesday following the incident and left messages in the format they requested. - It now has been over a month without a reply or a refund. - I do not have my receipt/report due to intense frustration on the day of the wedding I threw it out. - All I have is the hand written note from the cashier on their receipt paper with their "condition" statement on the back, You can find this same statement on their website or you can hear them say it if you call and request a tux.
