      I hired Mr George for a lemon law case on a new vehicle with several problems. The dealership offered a settlement of $******* which we denied. They then offered $******* which would have been acceptable should the problem be reoccurring but Mr George would retain $******* of that settlement which would leave me $******* for a brand new car with transmission problems. Not nearly enough to fix the problem so I rejected the amount. At this time Mr George sent a text message stating if you do not accept the offer I will no longer represent you. I agreed for him to remove himself from my case. For the next 3 days Mr George text me stating you agreed to that settlement. NO sir I did not agree or accept. He responded you accepted the agreement through a text message. What good attorney would accept such low amount on a new car that has so many issues and has been proven to be a lemon? Also finding out the car was in the shop for repairs on the transmission before my purchase. This car was sold to me as NEW off the dealership lot.
